Listen; it may come from India Today or Times Of India or The Martian Tribune......that does not make any difference.
Some things cannot be done; and that is not just connected to what DRDO can or cannot do. International Regulations just cannot be breached.
Now do one thing; go to a Shipping Agent....then tell him that you would like to ship a consignment of Anti-Tank Missiles to (say) Seoul via Incheon Port in S.Korea.
Then come back here and tell us (on PDF) what happens after that. At the least; ask him all about the regulatory procedures that you will need to comply with. It will be interesting.
The shipping agent wouldn't mind if those missiles were empty on fuel and explosives. Would he? Or is it that even if the purpose is explicitly stated as an exhibit for a Defence Show, regulations still prohibit the handling of any genuine missile?
