Renaissance of Bengali Hindu and the Subversion"

It depends on the type of people u come across

Some religious Bangladeshis passionately deny everything Bengali as it's a shared culture with Hindus
they believe it undermines their Muslim identity

Some non-religious Bangladeshis who pride themselves as "secularists" and "humanists" but are actually atheists
are also busy trying to import Hindu culture as the sole Bengali culture and destroy Islam in the process

but these people are a minority and Bangladeshis don't give a damn about these people

Majority Bangladeshis are confident about their identity religiously muslim culturally bengali
they same people who celebrate pohela boishak also celebrate Eid with exactly the same enthusiasm

if they are importing hindu culture into Bangladesh then they are not atheist rather they are Hindus in nature. such fake secular are trying to impose half baked hinduwana secularism on Bangladeshis .

This is very interesting that some people advocate that their "bengali" identity is only linked to hinduism and hindu culture and the day they practice Islam their begnali identity will be lost

BS. The gentleman who thanked you is NOT bengali hence he does not want to be called bengali. Bengalis want to be called bengali, when talking of their linguistic group, their nationality is a different matter. YOU are misusing different identities to confuse yourself, but then identity confusion is a daily exercise here.

Ok if there is any previous history where Bengalis want to be called themselves as bengali in Bangladesh, then think that history is changed, and from now Bangla speaking Bangladeshis want to be called themselves as Bangladeshis. Ok?

Anyway, the social norm and mentality of Indian Banglais are different for Bangla speaking Bangladeshis here. I always feel that we are more generous and superior than Indian Bangalies. When I hear the word Bangali, a image nature of Indian Banglalis appear in front of me, and then I really do not want to accept that if someone calls me as Bangali instead of "Bangladeshis". We have same race, but not same culture and mentality.

You guys really need to get rid of that inferiority complex of yours!

Don't flatter your self. I would rather chose to live in Amazan then go to Calcutta or even India. We Bangladeshi muslim think you guys less then nothing and also some Hindu Bangladeshi told me that Hindu west Benglai is very stingy and cheap as hell.

Is there any truth to it.:undecided:

In all probability you will be shown where you belong if ever set foot in India, I just wish Mujib didn't spare the Rajakars!

You get what you pay for, we do have cheap facilities for thousand of Bangladeshis who cross over to get their knee fixed etc.

Indeed, a lot of Bangladeshi would not come to Kolkata, but sadly they do (and I am talking of the legal ones).

Free School Street is mini Bangladesh and the hospitals are flooded with them.

There are those of Bangla Bhai ilk too who visit Kolkata.

It is wonderful to learn of Bangladeshis who do not like to be called Bengali, and interestingly they do not even know the language to read the article!! And they claim it is their language. Maybe they know Urdu.

Hardly Bengali, are they?

That is why we are superior. And there is no comparison with them.

I thank you for letting us know that India is crying for food. I am sure you have seen the food import data of India, Bangladesh and China.

One could take it that you are stating that Bangladesh has a better social conditions than India. Must be.

It is so good in Bangladesh that there is daily illegal immigrants from Bangladesh into India and every metro of India has a huge population of Bangladeshis as labour and menial workers.

That there were surrogates and handmaidens of AQ in BD is no secret.

In Assam you infiltrate for other reasons? OK I get it. So, the impoverished BDs sell themselves for the crumbs in cash thrown by the AQ and their handlers? So bad is the situation?

Of course, all this I gather from your posts.

Where is Amazan?

Some amazing zone?
