I failed to understand why illiteracy is being linked to Islam. Why religion and literacy are being treated as opposite of each other?

Islam do not stop us from perusing scientific knowledge. Its fault of our society that we are not focused towards science and technology.

The name of a tree is known by the type of its fruits. What is the end fruit bore by the Muslims? They remain the most backward, superstitious and uneducated group of people throughout the world except perhaps Turkey.

Turkey people are not superstitious because they have been intermingling with bright European people for many many centuries. They are historically an European power and are culturally European.

You say Islam does not stop us from pursuing knowledge, science and technology. But, do not we emphasize the reading of one very special book on the idea that a person becomes an Einstein of everything by doing so?

No, Sir. One or two Muslim scientists are not enough. The entire Muslim society should get rid of all old time superstitions and earn credits by learning knowledge researched out by hundreds and thousands of non-Muslim scientists.

I have read one comment like this. If the entire knowledge of humanity is a million books, then the Muslim contributions can be measured in only one or two pages of of one of those million books.
