Regrouping of militants is Pakistan’s biggest worry: US general

.
actually they seems more concerned because they will lose these launching pads to pressure Pakistan through terrorism and than blame Pakistan for Terrorism. hence they need air basis to continue these activities in region.
I've seen a lot of people using Indian lingo here, tell me exactly how does a launchpad work? Do they launch the terrorist using a sling? Or do the fly using jetpacks? Stop being dumb

.
clearly sounds like a threat or sour grapes by these departing Americans. and exposes there useless in war on terror if groups still exist in Afghanistan

terrorists groups full threat is to USA interests and Kabul puppet. so I’m not expecting these Americans to be going completely or to far from our region. Kabul will always need American security for there entire existence.

get some education as you are the one here trying to act like an indian.

get yourself updated about how many TTP, BLA and other terrorists were killed in Afghanistan through ISI Operations.

Did say anything about ISI operations or denied them, it seems you like going off on a tangent when asked a simple question. Let me ask again what is a terror launch pad?
As long as i remember Indians used this word against Pakistan and i was the one laughing at their stupidity but when Pakistanis start using the same word i can't feel anything but being sorry for you.

Pakistan has a better track record in combating hardcore terrorism than any other country involved in War on Terror.

Afghanistan is not everyones or anyones backyard if it's not Pakistan's backyard.

The anti American feeling left behind by botched rebuilding efforts wherever Americans go is reminiscent of failed French colonialism in Asia.

America has lots to gain by implementing a Pakistan first policy in Afghanistan.

hopefully, but we can't trust them, they will play dirty tricks again to force Pakistan to accept their demands.
The threat to relations with them are three-fold. First one is what we are discussing, us refusing to do everything they want. But IMO if they want something from us, it’s usually good for us, no leverage is bad for us. The other two threats are the Indian lobby, combined with some parts of their deep state that don’t like us. And the last threat is from the Biden administration, Biden himself doesn’t like our current system very much. It’s also why republican administrations are always better for us, there are certain things they more happily look past in service of mutually beneficial relations. The dems are different, and the only way to win them over is to lobby them.

That is the key, not the party of affiliation. As long as there can be mutual benefit, every US government will happily work with whatever system Pakistan has at that moment.

Biden has a bone to pick with us, as did leaders of the past. The thing is though, when we aren’t needed that much, those smaller issues are difficult to look past now. 2004 was 17 years ago.

And Biden knows the region and knows Pakistan x1000 better than Trump could have.

Biden also knows that whatever serves US national interests comes above all, and as long as Pakistan can do so, there will be no bones to pick. Guaranteed.
