we can only defeat this ptm by providing tribal public with better living condition and system according to their will otherwise such movements will emerge by new names everytime but govt has failed to provide better life to public of areas affected by anti terrorism operations and not taking its responsibility .Military presence and operations are not permanent solution in this tribal region we have to delegate responsibility to the public of this region to run this area under controlled manner but with respect and independence to the public of fata.Govt should establish Islamic sharia mode of governance and judiciary in whole fata and tribal areas ,this will bring peace in region and defeat ptm and ttp

Dude, i agree with your post but you're living in a fantasy world.

There's a reason tribal areas are backwards and will stay backwards. There's a lot to gain from ignorance in that area, can you imagine if the people there were educated either Islamically or liberal education, would anyone even bother picking up a gun?

Don't forget there's a war coming against Iran, Pakistan and USA needs a lot of manpower and "Mujahideen". Remember the Soviet Mujahideens, they will be needed against Iran to help US. Education is a hurdle to leading people stray. Nobody wants tribal areas to prosper.

Oh, just because S.K. spouted nonsense doesn't mean some PTM supporters didn't receive funding for activities from the National Endowment for Democracy. They would have had to apply for money themselves as an NGO, but NED defines NGOs rather broadly: link.

NED is a private foundation and has nothing to do with the Department of State. It gets congressional grants like many other charitable foundations, but it is not a government agency. The title is clearly false and malicious.

Shut up you clown. Congress grants money to those who serve the agenda of those who lobby congress. Likewise, any organization who is lobbied against will not receive funding. Hence a raft of Palestinian organisations have had their funding cut. And anti govt factions in nations like Venezuela, China, Iran and now Pakistan are given funding. Congress is run by the lobbies and is simply a manifestation of the lobbyist's agenda. And guess which up and coming nation's expats and lobbyists are wholeheartedly enacting their game plan in the US?

The NED is private and the NED decides whether or not to grant money to applicants or not. Congress may write checks but in funding NED it isn't making decisions about where and who gets what; that would be part of Congress' direct foreign aid budget.

The countries you mention have been fighting for 17 years alongside their sugar daddy in Afghanistan. If success and victory were that simple to achieve the US would have won 10 times over by now.

Afghanistan is a complicated war, America or anyone can't win against a Ideology, Afghans are fighting for their homeland, in their homeland while America and all others are invaders . but against any country in a conventional Warfare, America alone is more than enough to not just defeat but Obliterate them from the face of the earth .

How a 42% Pushtuun Population country out of only 31 Million total Population(13 Million Pashtuuns) Tries to Become Ammi of all Pashtuuns of Country of 213 Million People, whose Premiere is a Pashtuun, having 12% Pashtuun Population (25.5 Million Pashtuuns) And a Full Province having Government of Pashtuuns for ages.
I mean we have almost double the population of Pashtuuns in Pakistan Compared to those Living in Afghanistan and in much better living standard always dominating the Armed Forces as well through out our History.

Seems like Logic did Suicide Long ago i think when it comes to these people. On one hand they try hardest to boast Afghanistan as One Nation (Which they are not) To boast National pride on the other hand within same sentence they are Pride Pashtuuns when turning their head to Pakistan Demanding all the Pashtuun Areas of Pakistan.
They are naive enough to believe Pakistani Pashtuuns Will Leave their long history of National Pride, Bravery, Hardwork and Sacrifice in every field they did for Pakistan for ages. Having Such Dignified Status in this country (Being Brave and Honorable), settled in every field and area from the Prime Minister House to Generals in Armed forces to Businessmen to Labor even living normal lives to Join This S*** Hole war torn Afghanistan?
