NED is a private foundation and has nothing to do with the Department of State. It gets congressional grants like many other charitable foundations, but it is not a government agency. The title is clearly false and malicious.

Let me tell you folks one thing straight up. We are now entering a phase where hostility between Pakistan and the US is going to transform from covert into overt. This is only a matter of time. For the past 17 years we have been playing a cat and mouse game behind the scenes.

The US is clearly in warmongering mood. They don't hide their frustration about so many issues related to Pakistan. CPEC, Baluchistan, Pak China relations, nuclear weapons, JF-17 etc. The Yanks are seething with anger and frustration and it is reaching boiling point.
