PTM leader Manzoor Pashteen arrested in Peshawar

You can all jump on the bandwagon and defend the Military but the fact is, a crime has to be proven in the court of law. That's how things work. I have grave disagreements with PTM and how they function and speak in their rallies. But that's almost all ethnic parties.

Maybe we disagree with the treatment, I am all up for rule of law. Prosecute him if he's seen spreading hatred, but do not give the impression of persecution.

You cannot win the war of narrative by the use of force. If thick skulls can't understand this, we are still living in the 80s then.

You are up to which law? If you are about Pakistan, there are two.
One for common Pakistani and other for elites of 'Muqaddas Parliament'.

Then I am sorry, I can't let the Military be the Judge, Jury and Executioner.

Sitting members of Parliament were kept in solitary confinement for months and now just yesterday they were both dragged on the streets by Police. You were saying?

Then clear it yourself, what we have to stand for? One can't wear two hats at the same time.

So, basically we are the ones who want these 'muqaddas parliamentarians' as masters.
That's why they were successful to implement two system 'Masters' vs 'Slaves'.
Any reason, why they should not dragged like common by police?

Funny thing is i've seen liberals go to western countries and not say a single word about how national security works in said countries; snowden/manning/assange ring a bell?. Civilian supremacy is just a facade, even in western countries.

Simple. Peaceful assembly is not a crime. That's why.

Yeah, it's a facade in every country. That's the best apologist behaviour for martial law fanboys. Keep going. You guys encourage soldiers to break their oaths.

Ignoring the apparent red-herring; why doesn't every liberal who is so worked up on civilian supremacy not give a shit about it when they go to western countries? Tad bit afraid to end up like manning; or worse deported? Why doesn't Hussain Haqqani speak up against US's imperialist interventionist policies? Is he afraid of the establishment? Oh right I forgot he's just jacking off to them.

The examples you are quoting are all wrong.

Firstly, Manning was charged for leaking the secrets of the State. Remind me again which Western democracy clamps down on peaceful protesters, who are not breaking any law?

Bro plz thankful to God for the life you are living. We are lucky to be wondering in an age where the people who matter have agreed to play by the book and are willing to sacrifice some of their own for the optics . Other than that let evolution heal our complexes lest we regret an all out revolution. You see we are free to speak and that in it self is a great achievement after so many centuries of torture

Are you granting credentials to PTM, that they never committed violence?

No he's suggesting that we follow the rule of law and don't let our temporary biases blind our sense of humanity

18 civilians were killed at Kharqamar checkpost by excessive use of force by the Pakistan Army. They didn't resort to violence then. I'd like to believe they will remain peaceful or they will lose support of a large segment of Pakistani society.

You do not even know how to debate about an issue. You keep bringing in irrelevant points which serve no purpose to the subject.
