PTI's wrong Plan: New Provinces in Punjab, but Karachi needs not to be made a province

If Mohajir stop supporting MQM terrorist party , definitely rangers will leave Karachi.

Bring an alternative party which speaks for their rights, and not for oppressing their rights as Imran Khan did by telling them provinces are needed in Punjab, but there is no need to make Karachi a province, and they should keep on living under the Wadayrah of interior Sindh.

So what is the message in it for the people of Karachi?

* that they should stay as the slaves of the Sindhis?
* that Karachi should stay as garbage?
* that Imran Khan doesn't care about the rights of the people of Karachi, but he cares about his personal political benefits where he could gain more in Sindh?
* that they should keep on voting MQM?

solution is to built another port city in sindh with karachi, let the population boom, in 20 years the cities will have more population and more seats...
other solution is devolution of power, build divisions and give half funding to them

Are there any statistics available to know that how many percentage of people belonging to group who migrated from India to Karachi can speak/understand Sindhi to gage the effort of integration done by them. For example non-Punjabis migrated to Punjab are fluent with Punjabi, local and migrated people of South Punjab are well versed with Saraiki, Punjabi, Haryanvi/Dogari etc.

None, i believe can speak Sindhi but then there is difference

1) Majority migrated to Punjab were Punjabis from other side so language and and culture was not problem to them
2) Migration towards Karachi/Sindh is of different nature
3) Strong local bodies can cure the situation like in era of Mustfa kamal were police was not under CM
4) Either divide all provinces or none otherwise the situation will get worse in Karachi or other areas who demand new province

Divide larger provinces on administrative basis to create more equality. Important for the development of all of Punjab. Most Punjabis are in favor of this.

For now, Sindh should not be divided. We don't want to give mafia's ruling Karachi and Hyderabad more power to terrorize awaam.

Do you see any serious protest for province ? If it is really a demand peaceful protest of thousands people will make sure the state to listen..We see no protest no blockage of city in Karachi..Even PTM with there peaceful protest gain lot more ...so why not follow there way

Most people of South Punjab are demanding a separate province. Federal government should heed the demand of the people. If you want to blame anyone, blame Nawaz who spent all on Lahore.

Lol Nawaz can go to jail now...for all i care...my concern is make SOP..Majority of hazara will demand a new province will state listen ?or Pakhtuns in balochistan seeks separate province or with KP, Mujahirs in Karachi demanding new province..Where will it stop ?

How many times you have been to south punjab ? or just listening to tv or political parties that "South punjab" is being deprived by PML-N...Its all political..

Punjab is too large of a province populationwise. Elections should be won by representing constituencies, which should be based to benefit the people. If certain segments feel economically deprived because of lack of attention, these grievances should be addressed. Furthermore, provinces should be equalized by population.

None of those other provinces you listed are logical, and if more provinces are formed in the future then it will be with the will of the people of those provinces.

This is not a good enough excuse for people of Karachi to keep them deprived of their rights.

If you think some segments of MQM terrorize Awaam, then use Rangers against it.

I am stating that urdu speaking majority has not been integrated..not saying whether they should not be..My opinion is clear about that.

It's not the only reason.

MQM should never ever have any place in Karachi's government. They should be banned or made irrelevant, just like ANP has become. Ethnic nationalist extremist organizations should be banned.

Off course there have been serious MQM demands and even rallies (for example this) for Karachi Province and empowerment of City government before the start of Rangers operation. MQM leave the Sindh government on this issue. PTM rallies are not even 100th part of it.

Agreed.. Sultan rahi borned in Arain/punjabi family before partition and later migrated to Pakistan

PTM faced far worst but they did protest...To show on national level one has to bear some hardship..Are you telling me MQM can't gather 40-50 K people in karachi and block the activities in karachi ?If not then majority does not hold there view probably
