I'm sick and tired of hearing this dumb question about what PTI govt in KPK has done during their 17 months rule? Here is a food for thought for all those who challenge PTI and IK?

Let's do a bit of history and basic numeracy:

Now tell me what have these two parties achieved in 780 MONTHS? And what right do

Your history and research just prove that Pakistani people trusted these poltical parties again and again and they are still very popular parties among people as local Pakistani elected them in their region again even if you assume their performance as zero and thats all what matter in election. You get rule if you get majority. What you can do if a political party win majority when you consider their performance as zero but still people vote for them? Would you force others to agree with your political opinion and vote for your fav politician or you will respect the choice of majority?

You're not in UK and then you say you're there temporarily.

Just because you've said dozen of times doesn't mean people go through your post history about it. And if your life and education is in Pakistan, then you shouldn't have UK flag, that's a false flag. We use the other flag if we are living there, not on some two week vacation or temporarily.

Ok. For PTI, too desperate to show its performance, & use shortcuts routes to power while its been badly defeated and exposed now, better have to wait until 2018 elections. Lets be fair 17-20 seats under dispute has no affect on over 300 seats elections. The whole idea of PTI trying to make the election null by claiming 17-20 seats, and mind you these are the ones which were pointed out exclusive for being fraudulent. An election becomes VOID only if 50% seats are fraudulent, like 150+ seats.

Sorry, KPK has a budget of Rs 400 Billion while Punjab has a Rs 1 Trillion budget, massive difference in even thinking abt making a comparison. Secondly, Punjab as compared to all three provinces is the most forward looking, rich and most progressive in technology, industry and services sector. Most common blame and follies other provinces make is Punjab takes all the money, total lie and total wrong to hide ones own follies.

Shahbaz Sharif has been the best ever CM of Punjab and his performance out classes all other three provinces by a huge margin.

PPP also only show cased Karachi as their achievement when we all know that Sindh is bigger than Karachi...

Fact is under Prime MInister Nawaz Balochistan new government with Balochi BNP nationists are much happier and supportive. It is a successful Baloch Provincial govt with lot of money at thier disposal fpr welfare purposes, Gwadar is handed to China and its under rapid transformation, the road and rail links are being completed in Balochistan.

Well lets hand it over to SS and see if he can do miracles in 17 mths! Then compare!

And EVERYONE has admitted that people are MORE aware of their rights to vote now than ever...They are also more aware that votes should not be cast based on whom ur family has been voting....or what bad voting for the wrong party can bring...

2.Elimination of load shedding is top priority of present government and Punjab government has allocated Rs 31 billion for energy sector in new financial year.
3.Rs 17 billion have been allocated for Quaid-i-Azam Solar Park in the next financial year.
4.People and trade institutions will be motivated to use low electricity consuming equipment and for this purpose 2.5 billion rupees have been allocated.
5.Government has decided to allocate 36 percent of total development funds of the province for South Punjab in the next budget.
6.Projects worth Rs 263 billion have been started in South Punjab and a sum of Rs 119 billion has been allocated for these projects during next year.
7.The dream of development cannot be materialized without ensuring protection of human lives and maintenance of law and order. Government has enhanced 16 percent of police budget and allocated Rs 81.68 billion in the next year’s budget.
8.An amount of Rs 5 billion has been allocated for meeting additional needs of law and order and coping with terrorism.

I've been. It's dirty. I don't think Lahore can be close to Paris (minus attractions). England and Germany were far cleaner. Paris is as good as Istanbul.

To both of you, I think Shahbaz had put 2 conditions. If PMLn wins elections and Nawaz lets him be the minister for it.

Now he is minister of Punjab, not power. So you can't blame him for it.

I will start with your second comment.

He is NOT minister of power (which was part of his promise). As such, he isn't obliged to follow what he had said. You need to stop confusing minister of power vs minister of Punjab. If he said "Nawaz makes me any kind of minister." For example, holding defense minister responsible for railway improvement.

I expected better from you. "But he's a minister!!!!" is just a bad comment. And it's also funny you didn't bold the "for" part, because that is what meant "power."

Now the first comment, my point was, Lahore can become Paris of Pakistan. As Paris isn't as clean as some other cities I've been to and the people are equally awful there. Nonetheless, I remember writing in my post that Lahore may still not get ahead of Paris. Also Lahore can't change overnight. Paris, London and other cities have been through development over centuries. They were developed as population grew. Lahore wasn't (massive people coming across border, and we breed faster) and as such, changing around a massively populated city isn't easy.

• CM Punjab from 1985 to 1988 (36 months)
• CM Punjab from 1988 to 1990 (24 months)
• PM Pakistan 1990 to 1993 (30 months)
• PM Pakistan 1997 to 1999 (30 months)
• PM Pakistan 2013 to date (17 months)

• Total Governance = 209 months

Shahbaz Shareef

• Cabinet Minister Punjab 1985 to 1990 (60 months)
• CM Punjab 1990 to 1993 (30 months)
• CM Punjab 1997 to 1999 (30 months)
• CM Punjab 2008 to date (75 months)

• Total Governance = 195 months

Total Governance PML-N (209 + 195) = 404 months


Pakistan Peoples Party

• ZA Bhutto 1972 to 1977 (60 months)
• BB 1988 to 1990 (20 moths)
• BB 1993 to 1997 (33 months)
• Zardari 2008 to 2013 (60 months)
• Sindh Govt about (203 months)

• Total Governance PPP = 376 months

TOTAL GOVERNANCE PMLN + PPP (404 + 376) = 780 MONTHS




Now tell me what have these two parties achieved in 780 MONTHS? And what right do they have to ask PTI and IK for their 17 months performance?

Please be mindful that 17 is 2.18% of 780. Which means those who ruled for 97.82% of the democracy period in Pakistan are holding those accountable whose total governance is a mere 2.18%.

Those who are gonna come up with: Army didn't let PMLN / PPP complete their terms etc cr@p. These 17 months of KP govt have also been troublesome. They have leg pulling coalition partners who are whining a lot at almost every issue since start, they have terrorism issues in province since KP is right next to a battle zone and no investor is willing to go their etc. The point is, every govt had issues of their own, stop whining and let us know what exactly has been done to exploit the natural resources, minerals, man power of this nation till date?

When it comes to their own accountability the answer is: System is in danger, democracy will be overthrown, ban this channel, ban that anchor, replace that institutional head, change that Judge, and so on and on.

SHAME ON THE TWO PARTIES!
