Absolutely Quota system and better training for a job after completing university.

Move the afghans out of Karachi and set a moratorium on fresh move to karachi from the other provinces---unless investors come in and hire 5 to 10 locals at a minimum---.

And move the state capitol to Khairpur---I would have prefered Sukkur---but Sukkur is already packed up---.

Problem is Sindh Higher Education Commission created in 2013 hasn’t produced any institution of higher education that can pump out quality students. Their was a report out like 2 months ago whereas their students can barely perform in the top in math and sciences, and utterly failed in their annual exams compared to rest of the country. You can’t give quotas to lower educated people to run government affairs. They need to get out of the feudal lord system, and rebuilt their society from ground up to properly function.

You are a young man---so you may not know abut this---.

The US used to have similar discrimination---settlers from other states were not welcome---had property burnt down---they were killed---assets looted---.

But in due time---things changed in the US states when the rail road came and brought with it good economic times---.

Old settlers in every country and every nation have been like that---.
