Pakistan have qouta system for all jobs. In Sindh everything is under PP. And federal government has qouta for all federal jobs.

That system needs to be done away with even in the US we don’t have that, unless your Native American you can go to any school tuition free but you’ll still be judged based on your grades etc and even jobs you have to fight based on education and job experience, private and public jobs.

Absolutely Quota system and better training for a job after completing university.

Move the afghans out of Karachi and set a moratorium on fresh move to karachi from the other provinces---unless investors come in and hire 5 to 10 locals at a minimum---.

And move the state capitol to Khairpur---I would have prefered Sukkur---but Sukkur is already packed up---.

Do you think if this is implemented, and the workforce is given the same opportunities to catch up to other provinces, they will be able to do so in a generation’s time; 20-30 years?

Decades of lower per capita spending (or miss management of money allocated to these regions) in these regions has created the disparity which affirmative action can only rectify.

If this proves anything, good governance and preventing corruption is nessecary no matter where in the country it is happening, because the effects will be felt locally and nationally. This is where real journalism and national Accountability institutions are required; to watch over how money is spent by MNAs and local officials.

The imposition of tax is very interesting suggestion though.

PPP is showing its true colors earlier than I thought.

If all Punjabis/ Urdu Speakers and Pathans move back to other parts of the country, what will be left in Sindh is Larkana.

I am not against Sindhis, they have been systematically deprived of good education so that Sindhi voters keep voting for PPP.

We have seen ethnicities changing their support all over Pakistan in the last 50 years, Punjabis/ Urdu Speakers/ Pathans voted for Bhutto in 70s, Karachi then voted for Jamaat e Islami and then an Indian agent, but then again went back to a national party. KPK.. I think there's no need to even mention their change of suppor in almost every election. Punjab has voted for PPP (that always plays Sindh card when in trouble) several times in the past. Can we say that in interior Sindh, any naitonalist party other than PPP can win majority in the next 25 years? No. Because the masses have been deprived of good eduction, and then they can't compete for the jobs, and have to rely on "parchis". These parchis turn them faithful to the MPAs forever (a good (or maybe bad) quality of Sindhi population is that once they become indebted, they remain indebted for life).

You know why all these things are coming up? Because their corruption is being exposed.. Wheat scandal, Ahsas Program cash scandal etc etc.

Look at the trend this scum PPP is running on twitter.. If you question them or try to educate the people, you become anti Sindh automatically.

I watched a video clip a few days back.. someone (probably a Sindhi speaking local) was distributing ration in low income areas, he was beaten by the wadera and his goons mercilessly. Why? Because these waderas don't want that Sindhi awam looks towards any individual other than them for help.
