Loadshedding can easily be eliminated within just 6 hours. But we will have to run all our thermal plants. This move will put burden on our $$$. This govt is going for long term planning by building sustainable generation (solar, wind, hydro) which will take time for running. I can wait for 1 more year so that cheap electricity will be available to us.

ok its ok to blame govt and honestly they should be however it is also the responsibility of private sectors to provide electricity regularly and with justly by this I mean that where I live there hasnt been legal electricity for 2 years now it doesnt mean we the people of the society aren't paying bills but it is such that I for example am paying 20K there are two families in our flat only its our owned. however there are two ac and basement but the point is since there is no meter system the wires that we use cant hold two homes altogether with uniform 220 volts thats why i havent able to ran ac for like since the beginning we settled. now the question that 20K we pay to whom is ur KElectric itself and funny thing they say its "LEGAL KUNDA BILL" while when any power outage or issue they say we cant accept the complain the question is we pay more than any average bill from where I shifted was a flat of same size where our bill never exceeded 5K here we are paying double for each home. Today its the outtage since 11 morning thanks to Allah we have generator of 1kv atleast it runs 4 fans thats enuf for us. However for people who are paying like my neighbors and my cousin who owns the upper flat of my home also pays 10K and this is what we are facing . Even if in tariq road we had working AC of 1.5 ton it never exceeded 5K. Furthermore I also blame the innocent awaam for example in jamshoro the employees of MUET and Sindh university were given fixed bill monthly so what they did was even a clerc had 4 ac in his house as far as I know some were indeed. The system had outburst and huge power structure of somekind overloaded and damaged and then no one was willing to take responsibility same is here even in my society of which i told u personal story there are some who know some big people with sources they pay 2 to 3K but they have 4 AC i can guarantee you that they have 4 ac's at home. I have this feeling some people dont want meter system with transformers so that they can consume the electricity as much as they want so people like these are also reason of power shortages. I also blame personally Kelectric for being only power provider in karachi yet they are wasting money in power branding and making new logo demands for their company and wasting money on ads and stupid ops like burq. They should have not done that because they have no competition in karachi they instead should have doen something about replacing critical parts with copper instead of silver. and oh my GOD they silver they are using is so light than one that should atleast have been that im afraid they will easily burst out.

I am big supporter of army but since equality is vital tell which army mess or building have shortage of power at all ? they should also be told to use it wisely.

Politican are making fool of us since the beginning especially these ganja brothers. load shedding can only be eliminated if we start couple of mega project at the same time. usage increase every year but the supply remain the same. we have to think ahead and need some minister with the retaliative field knowledge not some dehati with his links.

There is a solution

1. Govt should allow solar and wind loans from 1 lakh to 8 lakh depending on house.

2. If govt cant provide let private banks provide it to home owners as they provide car loans.

3. In gurantee house registration papers should be in banks custody untill loan taken back

With this not only home owners get their 0 loadshedding and peace of mind and pay bank every month as the pay to electricity bills earlier

With it less depending on national grid and also we can get rid of these probleums easily

It is win win situation for everyone where every one benefiting

All these hydro power projects are yet to start.

Non of these projects have started yet.

In case of basha , even purchase of land is still not completed.
All these projects need around 35 billion dollars and will complete some where after 2030
