First of all authorities should arrest him on spot. Take weapons and check if he has license for it. Than put him in jail to showing weapons in public which isnt allowed. I have seen same attitude with pmln ppl in punjab. Last time i was in Pakistan i saw pmln MNA MPA and their tattos roaming around with AK47 in cities like Jehlum and other small cities. I tried to take pictures but my cousins stopped me by saying KIYO MARVANA HEH

In Jhelum i saw a fat "cow" chaudary with his prado in U-Mart shop. His guards were walking in parking with AK47 and other big weapons while this fat chaudry was talking on mobile as person on tlf could not hear him.
