Why don't they order NAB, FIA, IB, MI or ISI to find evidence quickly, instead of bullying PTI.

courts do not work like that.

As far as NAB and FIA is concerned I think there was a statement of the justices today on these two institutions as well. If I remember the court says it seems both NAB and FIA has stopped work.

Justice Azmat Saeed is the same judge who declared evidence submitted by PTI as Pakora wrapping papers, news papers clippings not deemed as evidence, Asad Kharal book as alif lalvi dastan. He is the same judge who today observed that PM various addresses to nation and parliament are mere political statement which cannot be taken seriously. He is the same judge who while replying to the statement of Tariq Asad "people have expectations with this court" said "its women who expect". There are other remarks as well on his account which are not encouraging as a judge.

In my opinion only judge who is serious is justice Asif Saeed Khosa, he talks business only. Read somewhere that justice Khosa is the best thing ever happened in Pakistani judiciary.

Azmat Saeed remarks are very bad, women population is almost 50 % of Pakistan. Shame on Tariq Asad. This Judge looks very biased and i almost sense a boot licker darbari in SC. All eye's are locked on Justice Asif Saeed Khosa.

He made fun of Asad Kharal, who is a very Good Journalist. Shame on him !!!!

But isnt it Justice Azmat Saeed, who said tht PM will have to face serious consequences..if its proved he was lying in parliament? Plus he gave a clue to hamid khan tht focus on Nawaz Sharif documents....

I think CJ is taking the case in wrong direction.. He is making the case of money laundering tht prove these flats are bought with black money, while asking only PTI to prove it.. No questions asked today, abt the money trail , or documents to prove qatari prince letter..

But money laundering is very difficult to prove.... Even judges know tht.... PM can be easily disqualified on lying charges, through 62,63 ...but judges are not letting the case go in tht direction

Justice Aijaz remarked about consequences, not justice Azmat. Yes, Justice Azmat said that to Hamid Khan, find evidence in documents submitted by Sharifs.

The floor was given to Hamid Khan but he opted to argue contradictions between statements. Judges had to say we know the contradictions, move on to other stuff. According to Kashif Abbasi one of the judges even referred to a document attached to Maryam's written reply, it contradicted her own statement she made in her reply.
