SC is doing its work. If anything is not proven then how can the court give verdict against NS.

Under the law if corruption no matter even committed, cannot be proven then the court cannot order any punishment.

Why don't they order NAB, FIA, IB, MI or ISI to find evidence quickly, instead of bullying PTI.

But you are right... Even i am sooo disappointed today, both from PTI legal team, and remarks of judges today...

I had already stated earlier, ke Hamid khan PTI ko le doobey ga... Even if now, Imran khan doesnt learn his lesson and changes the lawyer, then PTI is to be blamed.... But bhugatna poori Pakistani qium ko paray ga..

Also, i am soo surprised... In the earlier hearings, judges clearly remarked tht PM has owned these flats now they have to prove they are from halal earned money

But suddenly, since last hearing, they have put the entire burden of proof on PTI only and are not asking abt money trail from Pm family...nothing abt qatari prince letter.... Strange

Now it seems..we should leave all hopes of accountability, in this country forever

hmmm.. as I said, Justice Azmat Saeed, seems to the only serious judge in this case....

And I will again say, PTI should fire Hamid Khan at the earliest.. Justice Azmat Saeed is right tht he should be more focused... while Hamid khan is doing aaein baein shaein.... PTI should take clues from what Justice Azmat Saeed is hinting

abt other judges, I have observed...tht in the first few hearings, even CJ seemed serious in this case.. Judges remarked tht now PM has owned these flats, now its their responsibility to prove these are from halal earned money..

but for some strange reason, since the last hearing, all other judges seemed to have put the entire burden of proof on PTI only, and nothing was asked today from PM's family, regd money trail.. strange

Justice Azmat Saeed is the same judge who declared evidence submitted by PTI as Pakora wrapping papers, news papers clippings not deemed as evidence, Asad Kharal book as alif lalvi dastan. He is the same judge who today observed that PM various addresses to nation and parliament were mere political statement which cannot be taken seriously. He is the same judge who while replying to the statement of Tariq Asad "people have expectations with this court" said "its women who expect". There are other remarks as well on his account which are not encouraging as a judge.

In my opinion only judge who is serious is justice Asif Saeed Khosa, he talks business only. Read somewhere that justice Khosa is the best thing ever happened in Pakistani judiciary.
