Europe should have done this years ago too. Millions of Arabs, Africans, and Asians headed to Europe like it is their ancestor's homeland. I knew it would cause problems, especially for people from the third world. Europeans look at them as self-entitled invaders. Europe is a collection of white ethnic people with their own culture and history. In America it is mostly South and Central American illegals. America is a melting pot, yet they cannot be overwhelmed either.

Rome had become majority non-European during Ancient Roman imperial empire. European identity survived without becoming fascist. At the same time they have got to end European/Western colonialism and imperialism. No doubt huge part of the reason we came to the West, is because of the legacy of imperial and colonial wars which continues till today.
