But as CJ remarked, tht i think we will have to form some commission...if tht happens...then the case is over and matti pao....It will be a never ending case...and CJ is retiring on 30th dec.... New bench will have to be made then...so it will take much more time... The decision of this case must come before 30th dec...... But as CJ is inclined towards commission( dont know...for what reason) it will not be possible then.... So the damage is done in yesterday's hearing

I listened to Babar Awan yesterday. He said that he was expecting formation of commission yesterday, but he doesn't know why it hasn't happened. It seems PTI also wants the inquiry to be referred to commission.

Im still confused about what happened yesterday maybe you guys can help..So the Court has postponed the next hearing until November 30th? And has the SC given a ruling on who and how someone will investigate the case?

Yes...the next hearing has been postponed till 30th Nov... It still hasnt been decised, who and how the case will.be investigated? But CJ has hinted towards formation of one member judicial commission in his remarks..as he dont know how else, should this case proceed? But no decision yet... I hope commission is not formed...

One member judicial commission sounds good to me, better than an external commission.
Can the CJ himself be that one member?

CJ can be tht member....but dont think he will be..,..... But commission will only prolong the case further... What needs to be done, should be done by this bench only... Otherwise, commission will investigate first, then come back to the bench...it will take more time... Plus there is nothing really in the case to investigate... It should be solved by this bench only, by asking money trail rrom PM family... Cj is retiring on 30th dec... So decision of this case should come before tht." Otherwise new bench will have to be formed, which can delay the case..... If commission is formed, then its highly unlikely tht decision can come before 30th....

Alright, so just like Qatari prince you're also resorting to assumptions based on hearsay! For you information the court yesterday acknowledged the interest Sharif family had in property. Han judgement se interest tau zahir hota hay, exact wordings.

Not assumption which later confirmed by one of judges personally deemed as intangible evidence. Intangible evidence means unproven. If that is one of the materials you are talking about which has been produced in the court, then it is safe to assume that one of judges has already declared them as intangible evidence.

Several times myself and other members have told you that PTI has not objected to the Hamad's self declaration yet that is all based on the "suni sunai baatain". Let me tell you what PTI has to get this statement rejected:

Now we are talking about London court decree? I thought we are talking about on-going court where most of the materials have been declared intangible evidences [their words, not mine].

Why are you arguing with the corrupt tola? In an another thread he was trying to convince us indirectly how great corruption is. Keep in mind there are hundreds and thousands of people in Pakistan that benefit from our corrupt system, so likely he is one of the beneficiaries. Ignore the corrupt tola, they are shameless.
