However, as evidence has to be admissible for the court of law, only official channel (Govt Authority to Govt Authority) is accepted.

Hence, there was mention of German Govt's in Panama Leak - I think @Hyprion raised the issue that what's new with German Govt in re to Panama Papers.

Therefore, privately submitted docs can start the investigation but official stamp by Govt is needed to be made legally acceptable and obtained under MLA, obviously. So all these will require more investigation and authentication before they can be made basis for political death warrants of Sharif'archy - it's coming soon though!

Some Questions to fellow posters as I have very little knowledge of NAB courts as of now and for some reason, I am not researching it myself and relying on fellow posters knowledge and opinions:

1. What was the reason behind defence strategy to ask for NAB/Trial courts instead of a SC verdict on DQ? Delay DQ or chance to get away with it altogether?

2. In the absence of an implementation bench oversight and only a limited power (time monitoring only?) judge, how can a fair trial be held in the presence of the accused still in power?

3. What are the components of NAB court?(single judge bench?)

4. Who are NAB court Judges?

5. How would SC make sure that NAB has filed the references in letter and in spirit.( prosecutor has full authority?)

6. How would SC make sure that proceedings are not held in favour of the defendants but a fair trial is held?

7. After a NAB court verdict in 60 days, what are the next level(s) of court(s) for appeals? How long will it drag on afterwards?

The Supreme Court can only decide on constitutional issues. It cannot convict someone for corruption. In this case, under 62/63, they could only DQ the exPM if they thought he was not honest. Corruption is a separate issue and will have to go to a trial court. A trial is a fundamental right guaranteed by the Constitution without which an accused cannot be convicted.

2. In the absence of an implementation bench oversight and only a limited power (time monitoring only?) judge, how can a fair trial be held in the presence of the accused still in power?

The problem has always been NAB--the prosecutor--and not the Courts. If the lower Courts fail to convict an accused, NAB can always appeal to the High Court and then the Supreme Court. However, NAB doesn't appeal to protect the corrupt.

4. Who are NAB court Judges?

There is no such thing as a NAB court. NAB is an institution which acts as the prosecutor on behalf of the State. NAB will file cases in the relevant district/sessions courts where a hearing will take place. NAB usually doesn't prosecute the powerful like it should--and does so half-heatedly.

5. How would SC make sure that NAB has filed the references in letter and in spirit.( prosecutor has full authority?)

6. How would SC make sure that proceedings are not held in favour of the defendants but a fair trial is held?

A Supreme Court judge will monitor the proceedings and with the JIT report and additional media attention there is NOWAY that NAB will be able to not get a conviction.

7. After a NAB court verdict in 60 days, what are the next level(s) of court(s) for appeals? How long will it drag on afterwards?

After a lower court has made its decision the decision--whatever it may be--can be appealed by the prosecutor or defendant to a higher court. The process could take months but once convicted before a district/session court, the Sharifs will be over politically.
