Hmmm.. Yehi mujhe fikr hai..ke now conclusions have to be different..because of additional material provided by JIT.. Sirf wohi conclusions nahi hosaktay..jo pehlay thay...esp related to criminal offenses...perjury..

Aur kuch tu nahi..tu itna tu kar hi saktay hon ge je Justice Ijazul Ahsan verdict likhein..with additional conclusions, based on JIT report....aur.us par Justice Khosa aur Gulzar sign kardein..aur woh court order ban jaye...even if Advocate and pakora judge dissent with all/any of Justice Ijazul Ahsan's conclusions

Iss se ziada aur kia karain ge Justice Khosa? Pehlay wala verdict abhi tak haunt karta hai poori party ko..

Abb tou bass gaaliyaan nikalni reh gaee hain.. lekin uss ke liey Justice Khosa mozun nahi hain.. yahan kisi member ko yeh task dia jaey tou woh unn ka verdict sahi se edit kar sakta hai..

Perjury/fake docs ke cases..banayein na...baji par..... Mujhe pakora judge ke iraaday theek nahi lagtay...

I heard another law expert saying the same thing, that either:

- Only 3 member bench will decide the fate of PM
- If the other 2 are included, then some more hearing is required otherwise, the 3 member bench verdict will just add to the earlier verdict. that's it..

But if the verdict includes something against Maryam, then how could other judges be part of the final verdict without even going through the documents.

That's why I say that either this three member bench, OR

my earlier assessment that this is an implementation bench which serves as a judicial commission, verdict of which will be presented to 5 member bench. My assessment is based on the fact that CJ had an option to form a bench constituted without having any members from the earlier bench.. Phir kia hota?

Inshallah all 3 will go against Nawaz. What credibility will a judge have if he still goes in Nawaz's favour after overwhelming evidence is presented to convict him.

The only reason why we have this abuse of Supreme court and courts / law is that the guy is Super Rich , and Prime Minister and his children are above the law

Law of pakistan is very clear , you can only move 10,000 USD out of country and may be 3,000 rupees
