Plzz thora explain karein.. Aap ka khyal hai ke next week jab aayein ge ye implementation bench..us waqt obviously dono parties tayyari ke baad aayein gi.. Aur bench bhi report parh chuka hoga.. Tu us din hearing nahi hogi...balke us din..bench CJ se request karay ga...ke previous bench ko resume karein? Aur phir koi doosri date hogi?

Aaj ki baaton se yu aisa lag raha tha ke next week monday ko jab aayein ge..tu us din sab tayyari ke sath aayein ge aur us din hi hearing hogi logically?

Mera khayal hai ke administratively abhi implementation bench barqarar hai. They need to review and approve the report before submission for the final verdict by original bench. It is just a maker-checker control remaining.

If after reading, and review, 1 judge is satisfied with the findings, it will add to the five member bench judgement..
