My frustrated and desperate wild thoughts. Though not going to materialize but no harm dreaming about it.
Judges should close the matter of 62 63 once and for all. NS can be disqualified on lying in NA, IK can be disqualified based on Sita white case. They should give a ruling that all those sitting in NA and PA should be scrutinized for 62-63 within 15 days or for that matter within a defined timeline. During that period all the assemblies remained suspended. All the executive powers rest with a committee consisting of CJ, Armed Forces Chief and 2/3 federal secretaries. Law and order to be responsibility of PA. Clean this mess up for now and for future also. So that Billo rani, mustafa kamal, mariam , hamza and types are kept out of politics.

No. Arguments are being repeated just to waste time. Court knows everything, but will let you complete your arguments. Now wait and see. Words to that effect.

I think Shahid Masood was right..... He said 2 days ago...tht it seems international establishment which brought these leaders to power, in pak has also decided tht its begter to get rid of them, since they have become extfemely unpopular due to bad governance.. Meaning they have decided not to protect them, like they always used to do earlier, through NRO and other similar things.... Hence we see BBC documentary and now this too....



Arent these the same documents abt Minerva, which PTi had already submitted in court? Or are these different? But whatever documents come..i am still unsure whether our courts will admit them as admissible evidence especiallt tht pakora judge, and Justice Ijaz Afzal

Lekin mujhe lagta hai ke woh pakora judge is case ko commission ki taraf le kar jaa raha hai... Aaj bhi us ne kaha ke sach sabit karnay ke kisi ka jhoot sabit karnay se pehle sach sabit karein aur kuch is tarah ka..ke faise se pehle inquiry zuroori hoti hai... Itna sab kuch saamnay aany k baad bhi woh comission ki taraf jayega..i am sure...

Yahan tak tu aap ki baat theek hai lekin ye jo pakora judge aur doosre nawaz sharif k sathi judge justce ijaz ul hasan hain...un par mujhe bilkol bharosa nahi hai... Woh zuroor koi na koi raasta nikal kar nawaz sharif ko bacha lein ge...

On another note..guys.....watch Farogh Nasim on dunya tv right now.. He said court is asking for connections between the available evidence.. Pti lawyer ko chahye tha ke in cheezon par focus karte ke evidence law kia kehta hai, purana 1974 ka tax law kia kehta hai..phir available evidences ko relate karein PM se ..lekin abhi tak in cheezon oar PTI k lawyers ne koi arguments nahi diye... In cheezon par focus karna chahye...jab hi adalat ki taraf se aise remarks aarahay hain... In cheezon ko dekh kar PTI ko apni strategy banani chahye thee... Lekin kiun ke PTI ne in cheezon par focus nahi kia..tu is hisab se PM ke lawyer ki strategy bilkol theek hai ...

Farogh Nasim is a brilliant lawyer.. Inki baat par dehan dena chahye PTI ki legal team ko... Lekin unhein ye bataye ga kon?
