The cat is out the bag, Godfather and his minions are trying to dictate SC which itself is contempt of court, and if Godfather and his mafia have nothing to hide, why are they abusing JIT and SC on a daily Basis? Now with Qatari prince refusing to abide by Pakistani law, Godfather is going to get busted.

That is your wishful thinking because NS is important to you. Modi is quoted to have said in his recent visit to the US that NS is an asset. The vast majority of Pakistani people will never buy the story if NS is acquitted now! Everyone knows what damage he has done to Pakistan.

I beleived that too at the time of formation of JIT but after getting info on the past history of the members of JIT selected by Supreme Court i analyzed the situation once again and found that most of the judges are serious in the process of accountability ...

Regarding general, the accountability started with the generals first, two generals in NLC scam were court-martialed and were punished ... This time generals are trying to keep themselves neutral and not all the generals are involved in corruption ...

I hopeful and evidence avaialble till to date suggest thats its not topi drama ...

Advocate aur pakora..inhein fire kar ke arrest order karein ge? Mujhe tu lagta hai ke criminal case banaa kar sirf lower cour ko bhej dein ge..and it will be a never ending case..... Mujhe arrest ya inke fire karnay ki koi khaas advocate aur pakora se umeed nahi hai ..

This is too early to say ... But again if they are not fired (at minimum to start with) and not prosecuted strictly then all this whole episode will be for nothing as these beurecreates will start corroborating with Zardari or others ...

I think it will be really difficult for court to brush aside this but even in case of Pakora and Advocate done dismiss them IK should move petition for dissmisal as we already have report suggesting that they are dishonest persons and the court will have no chance but to suspend these officers ... fingers crossed ...

buddy there will not be any evidence. As I said the money cannot be traced now . The use of hawala and roundtripping is not easy to trace.

You think all these off shore companies were illegal? Well as per the law of the land they were not you have no law or pact to import the names. Why would they tell give one reason.

Brother financial transactions are not that easy to hide ... Sharief has already claimed that they have purchased these assets in 2006 ... Now JIT has just to two things to proof

1) these companies were own by NS and company before 2006 and
2) the companies held that assets before 2006.

Both of these information can be obtained from dept of land records and companies records respectively as these are not confidential informations ...

Now next step about money trail its not JIT's job to proof that money was illegal ... if the assets are purchased before 2006 then NS is already a liar hence disqualified and supreme court can continue criminal proceedings on the case ...
