Likely that a case, based on the findings and proofs of JIT, will start in SC. The whole Shareef family will stand trial and will have to defend themselves.

The second scenario is that another NRO will be offered, Shareefs will accept it and will leave the country.

I think Shareef's will first malign judiciary, if they are able to succeed in creating enough controversy against JIT's report, they are ready to go into the elections with enough confidence.

If not, they will accept the offer of leaving the country very happily.

3. Three out of five wanted further investigation before delivering their verdict
4. Those three judges are part of the sub-bench that is overseeing the joint investigation team
5. And only those judges have to deliver the judgement
6. If anyone of the three says he found NS and his family guilty of the corruption and lying, NS will be disqualified and criminal proceedings will follow
7. If all three of them find that NS did not lie and the money trail is satisfactory, he will be clean to run the govt and also run for next election etc

The judgement and the coupled Order is clear and absolutely unambiguous, the court's rules and procedures are not for us to understand. Please remember this case is part-heard, addition of any new judge will make the case afresh which would mean back to square one. CJ is there for a job to do, he decides benches.

Bhai Jan, we were discussing whether Justice Khosa and Gulzar will be able to add anything in their judgement.

By the way, Barrister Farogh Naseem, Aitzaz Ahsan and some others also say that this is the first time anything like this has happened, and it is not clear, but most probably the final verdict will be from 5 member bench, not the three member bench.

If barristers are not sure, how can we be sure.. Anyway, most likely (99% chance is), what War& Peace has mentioned above.

PMLN aur harkat na kare, aisa tab hoga jab soraj maghrib se tallu hoga aur mashrik mein gharoob. Honestly speaking the majority judges are good at passing remarks and judgement but when it comes to the application of judicial mind they are taa'n taa'n thuss.

We are not talking abt whether one more judge reqd for disqualification or not? We know its a done case tht Justice Khosa and Gulzar's verdict will be counted for sure and only one more judge reqd... We were only discussing tht whether Justice Khosa and Gulzar can make some additions in their previous verdict..based on JIT report or not? This is the only thing we were discussing...So plzz read the entire context before responding
