Dekhtay hain ke 10th ke baad judges kia kartay hain? Keh tu rahay thay ke hum nazar rakhay huay hain.. Sab cheezon par.. Ye case ki hearing khatam hojaye phir dekhein ge sab ko.. Lekin woh govt ke logon ko keh rahay thay.. Pata nahi...media ko bhi shamil karein ge ya nahi? Ek judge ne ye remark diya tha ke media ki kia ghalti? Govt khud articles publish karaa rahi hai...... Regd Judiciary. Justice Khosa aur Gulzar bhi is judiciary ka hi hissa hain na? Woh tu nahi daray... Even i will say abt Justice Ijazul Ahsan.. Although he didnt disqualify PM..but if we read his verdict..it doesnt look like tht of a person..who is scared.. 95% baatein unhon ne wohi likhi hain jo Justice Khosa ne.. Tone bhi utni hi harsh hai.. And the fact tht he still didnt disqualify.. Its not tht he was scared... Unki logic bhi main agar sochun tu unke POV se woh bhi theek hain.. Mujhe us main bhi ghalat neeyat ya fear nazar nahi aata.. Unka bas apna POV tha..which is logical too.. Honestly mujhe unka verdict parh kar bhi bhtt maza aaya.. I enjoyed reading it

JIT .. Apni families ke liye concern hona ek alag cheez hai.. Woh tu har insan ko hoga... Lekin jis tarah unhon ne kaam kiya hai aur koi pressure nahi liya..., it means they are not scared... Infact unhon ne SC main shikayat lagaa kar sharif family ko aur expose kiya hai...aur unki strategy unhi par ulat di.. Obv security tu SC ne nahi deni thee ya nahi de saktay.. Security tu army hi de sakti hai.. Lekin shikayat lagaa kar unhon ne sirf sharif family ko expose kiya hai.. If they were scared ...they would have resigned by now

Silver lining...is..tht we still have ppl like IK, Justice Khosa, Justice Gulzar, even Justice Ijazul Ahsan..i would say and JIT members..who are not scared of sharif family... Hats off to them

when I mentioned Judiciary, I meant this implementation bench.. Bahadur judges tou likh kar chalay gaey apna verdict.

Regarding JIT members, I am not blaming them. We have always praised JIT members and I still have very good things to say about them. My only worry, what's stopping them from taking any action against people who aren't complying? If they ask someone a question, and he/ she doesn't answer, or gives them a shut up call, what should be their course of action? It means that they would have acted differently if there was someone else ... interrogated.. for example, PPP leadership.

And they are perfectly fine. They are humans. A man doesn't care about his own life, but it's the thought of harm to his family that scares him. That's why I am saying that IK is in the best position right now, as his family is not here. Anyway, he is on the level of Justice Khosa/ Gulzar because he has been through this mental torture in late 90s, when his family was here.

But Justice Khosa and Gulzar? They haven't even cared about their families..

Ya drawing room ki sair tu karani nahi...Agar jawab nahi milein ge tu woh bas apni report main ye likh dein ge ke jawab nahi milay.. PPP leadership bhi hoti tu woh yehi kartay.. Regd Justice Ijazul Ahsan.... I see him on the same level as Justice Khosa and Gulzar... Unke POV main Justice Khosa aur Gulzar se..thora difference hosakta hai....lekin neeyat main nahi.. Aur na hi Justice Ijazul ahsan scared lagtay hain mujhe.. If Justice Ijazul Ahsan was scared he would have written verdict like advocate or pakora..not like tht of Justice Khosa..

I might be wrong but 2 have already given verdict and the result of JIT will not effect their decision. The JIT was for the last three to make up their minds. If even one of those three says Sharif is corrupt then he will be disqualified. I might be wrong though, but this is what I have understood after reading PDF and other sources.

Was Maryam Nawaz Being Dictated Via Earphone During Her Media Talk?

The Judicial Investigation Team (JIT) probing the Sharif family over the Panama Leaks is all over the media these days. Members of the Sharif family are summoned by the JIT every other day which is usually followed by a press briefing led by a member of the Prime Minister’s family.

Yesterday, Maryam Nawaz was summoned for the first time and she had to publicly speak on the matter on live television.

It was, without a doubt, a pretty high-stakes situation for the Prime Minister’s daughter, who, experts say, is hoping to make her entry into Pakistani politics. Yesterday presented her with the opportunity to do so as well.

Things Weren’t as They Seemed to Be Yesterday
Many observers who saw yesterday’s press conference, couldn’t help but notice that something was amiss. At times, it seemed as though Maryam Nawaz was trying to hear something. She repeatedly slowed down or repeated stuff.

A video of the press talk shows that Maryam Nawaz was using an earphone, however, it can’t be said with certainty that she was being dictated during her media talk.

If she was indeed being told what to speak over the air, it would probably be the first time that technology has been used in such a manner in Pakistan. Perhaps, given her first public appearance and in the backdrop of her grilling by the JIT, it couldn’t be too out of place to assume that she was been instructed how to conduct herself by a third party.

Previously, we have seen politicians use written notes for guidance, which in turn makes their speeches a bit emotionless.
