Me too. Actually, there are more judges in the 5 member bench who are finding excuses in favor or Shareefs. Look at their questions... When they asked that can we ask the money trail for transactions that didn't involve Pakistan, I immediately knew that they have given a hint to Shareef's lawyers to give this argument in their defense. Naeem didn't expect these questions.



Questions bilkul kiey jaiegay, but in the end they have decided in whose favor the judgement should be given...

Yaar aap nay shayad argument sunay nahi.. Aik judge nay tou clearly keh dia hai ke Qanoon e Shahadat ke mutabiq, we cannot force anyone to bring evidence against himself...

Moreover, Qatri can say that he is not obliged to provide the documents, they are his private property.

Bhai ..masla ye hai ke PTI jo bhi evidence de rahi hai.. Judges us evidence ko maannay ko tayyar hi nahi hain.. they reject those evidences.. even they have rejected Rehman Malik's report on money laundering of Sharifs, which has the whole money trail..tht was required by the court.. judges said..this was just an opinion of then police /FIAofficer Rehman Malik and its not admissible...how can we give judgement on basis of Rehman Malik's opinion? one judge even remarked..ke Rehman Malik ka tu "shayad" apna naam bhi Panama papers main hai.. so u can see...tht to which extent judges are ready to go to favor NS? ke shayad RMalik ka naam bhi panama main hai.. judges are not ready to accept as evidence, anything which goes against Sharif family.. and a letter based on hearsay from Qatari prince is solid proof...due to which judges remarked..ke jaydad Qatari ki thee tu money transfer ka kia sawal..aur ye bhi Mian sharif ki jaidad ka money trail betay kiun dein?
