I couldnt hear properly what Rauf klasra said in the end, abt his legal team..tht they will try to make imran khan accept judicial commission, because they dont want to upset the bench...(?) I think iss waqt jazbati faislay se ziada soch samajh kar faisla karnay ki zaroorat hai.. Rauf Klasra is a journalist. IK has many renowned lawyers in his team.

Let suppose the supplied evidences are not attested and do not fulfill the requirements of law of evidences, responsibility of decision against the case will rest on IKs shoulders. And if decision comes in favor of PM, we will not be able to force him again to go to court on similar accusations.

So my opinion is that, let them revisit the evidences and decide very thoughtfully, what is better..

NAB, FIA and FBR can't fake foreign docs. The whole case is based on foreign docs.. For example, decree from UK court, registration docs, finding out the owner of Nescoll and Neilson before 2006, verification of document that shows Mariam as beneficiary etc.

Pakistani tax documents have already been submitted and I don't think PMLN can fake the docs after they have been submitted in the court. The docs are right now stating "Zero" income of Maryam while her assets increasing.. They can't replace these docs with the new forged ones. Nomination papers are also there that show dependent details and those details have already been discussed.

So what I am trying to tell you that mostly foreign documents are requiring verification. Commission will have all the powers to write letters to relevant foreign authorities to get these docs attested.

One more thing, even if the case is decided on the basis of current docs, and Nawaz is declared disqualified on the basis of 62 and 63, he will get away with criminal charges related to money laundering.

Imagine, if tomorrow someone brings some downloaded fake foreign documents against IK, will court accept them?

We all know that NS is the main culprit in this case, however, law can't take a different course in one case.

That's why Umar Cheema said once that Khan spends so much money on Jalsas, if a fraction of this money is spent on evidences, situation will be different. Private investigators in these countries can do wonders.

Even if PTI brings evidence through private investigators, courts will still say, tht these are not official and attested documents...

I am saying, court should give verdict, on basis of those 3 questions, tht Justice khosa asked Sharif family yesterday.. Forget the documents, tht IK or govt provided... Ignore documents provided by both.. Sharif family has owned those flats.. Now as court said yesterday, tht after accepting ownership of those flats, now the burden of proof lies on govt.. Can PM show money trail, now tht they have accepted ownership of those flats? If no..then it should be very easy for court to decide... Why does the bench keep on switching their stance? Yesterday, they were saying tht burden of proof lies, on sharif family , after ownership of flats... Now they need attestation? The mere fact tht PM hasnt shown any money trail for those flats, proves money laundering..and yes, court can later attest, the record shown for money trail, IF there is any..which is none, till now... So court can still give easily verdict, even if they completely ignore all documents provided by Imran khan... One day, bench says one thing, next day completely else... Till yesterday, court was of the view, tht whole burden of proof lies on sharif family, and today when they could not provide any money trail, now court is asking for commission?

Nothing will happen ,we are all slaves of international establishments ,all institutions are just putting dust in the eyes of nation ,don't anticipate any miracle from them ,is supreme Court blind that can't see any thing, the country is standing at the top 7th position of the most corrupte nations, and not a single person is being dissmissed from service on the charges of corruption by this incompetent government in last three and half years isnt it enough for their involvement in corruption, and by the way where are those now, who were claiming here in PDF that justice will prevail just see ,we are all seeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeng ,and see it till the next 5 decades ,till then who lives ,kon jeeta hy Teri zulf k sar hony tak, ,is jamhoriat our loli langri marshallaw dono ki maa ki........, come on mods block me plz ,im tired of living with fake hopes and stupid high brasses,

Court is not asking for commission to investigate all three questions. Only one is a problem child, that is when and how the money was transferred. For which NS says that it was his father's investment in Qatar that increased 100 folds, and everyone else is suspecting that the money was remitted from Pakistan...

Have patience people ... SC has only asked for all parties to submit their views on commission, nothing more and nothing less.

Commission may just be the right thing, as there is heck of a lot more corruption waiting to be exposed. Qatar connection will lead to lots more. This is just the beginning.
