It did not say NRO at all but there are certain matters that are more close to Nation's Interest, must be kept in view. How come an NRO could be in interest of Nation??? Nada and current situation does not allow as such because, luckily people are well aware and educated than before about such issues. Prepare for the worse and hope for the best. Just saying....
