Exactly what we have been discussing.. He raised some excellent points. So as @mr.robot has pointed out in his post, he has given 4 possible outcomes.

He says that till now there have been no recording of evidences... Qatari ko nahi bulwaya gaya, kafi cheezain verified nahi hain, so possibility hai ke either commission banay, ya phir aik commissioner appoint hojaey sirf evidence recording ke liey, aur uss ko aik month ka time dia jaey..

The fourth outcome he has given is also possible.. which is declaration..

Most important thing he has pointed out that:

in 2007, Sindh High Court's 14 member bench had declared that taking oath under PCO is not right.. Just because of that declaration, saaray judges maazool hogaey thay.

Similarly, if SC declares tomorrow that PM doesn't fulfill the conditions set forth in Article 62 and 63, PM will not remain MNA (only MNA), but since a non MNA can't be a PM, he will lose his public office as well..

On a side note, CJ Saqib Nisar said in a dinner to lawyers on 15th that our children's future is associated to decision of Panama Leaks. I don't know whether he was saying this about his children or nation's children.

Hmm... I think option 3 and 4 if adopted together..can be the best possible decision... Disqualify him as MNA (or PM) whatever...on the basis of contradictory statements.. Because if one thing tht has been established is ..their lies and not providing any money trail... So SC can disqualify him on basis of tht., under article 62/63.. And then SC can additionally appoint a single member commission for money laundring investigation..maybe someone like Dr Shaoib Suddle or Tariq khosa can be tht commissioner... But since Tariq khosa is Justice khosa's brother..so am not sure, if SC will want to do tht... But if options 3 and 4 are taken together..it can be the best decision..

According to him, there are four possibilites. Decision could be based upon on one or multiple...
1. Petitions could be dismissed but not possible after replies of Chairman NAB and FBR.
2. A commision could be formed which will be long procedure.
3. A commisioner could be appointed who gets records evidence in one month
4. Declartion and disqulification could be given.

What is the main case about?
1. According to Panama Leaks PM children own off shore companies and those companies have been involved in money laundering. IK claims that it is ill gotten money through use of power and the money belongs to Pakistan. On the basis of which MNS should be tried for money laundering. Maryam has been the front man, or for that matter his children were the front men. (thats the bottom line)

PM lawyers have not been able to provide any substantial evidence which could absolve PM from the charge of money laundering and neither have been IK able to provide any concrete proof. Circumstantial evidence indicate that the money has been laundered. But so far circumstantial evidence is not acceptable in our courts. This includes affidavit of Ishaq Dar. In this case SC may nab the NAB for acquitting Ishaq Dar and directs reopening of Hudaibiya Mills case.

2. Sheikh Rasheed has pleaded that MNS has given contradictory statements, therefore, he can be termed as lair. As per 62 -63 he is not a truthful person.

Yes this has been proven through evidence on record, because his speech on TV and in Parliament is an official piece of record. So is the statement submitted by his lawyers with regards to ownership of flats. In this case he can be disqualified and for that matter he should be.

3. JI has same stance as of SR with addition of investigating all the panama leak cases and demanded a commission.

Well this is like putting nation after "truck ki bati".

Based on the circumstances, it is not far fetched to see MNS getting disqualified. Implementation of it will have to be done through NA speaker. A commission being made to investigate panama leaks. Ishaq Dar deseating is subject to his affidavit, If courts accept his affidavit he will be saved. But on the other hand he has denied veracity of affidavit, however, court will not accept his denial, because it will set a wrong precedence for times to come and confessional statements under 164 will become doubtful in all further cases. This is a big risk which judiciary might not take.

In all likelihood MNS will be recommended for disqualification and a commission made to investigate all panama case. All those under investigation, may be restricted to participate in upcoming elections.

@bold.... This is where..I am skeptical.... I want SC to disqualify him themselves, but if its not possible under law, then SC should refer the case to EC, instead of speaker.... Because speaker is member of PML N, and PTI had earlier tried to use speaker's platform, where speaker rejected their reference...so court shouldnt go tht route...

Other than this, i agree with all of your points... SC should disqualify or give grounds for disqualification and additiobally can make a commission for money laundering investigation in THIS case... I dont think SC in its verdict in this case, will ask for commission of all ppl involved in panama leaks.. It will have to be taken up by another bench seperately in another case.. In this case, even Siraj ul haq has backtracked and now just asking for PM disqualification for now, in this case
