First Fact
NAB can asks any citizen to prove. Therefore Sharif Family have to Prove.
That's right.. However, just to add, if someone (a public office holder specially) doesn't have anything in name, but his family is filthy rich, then either the family or the public office holder will have to prove the sources of income.
This is to prevent corruption. If you see a SHO of your area buying a Land Cruiser suddenly, and his declared income is very less, then according to law he can be questioned. Also, if he buys a land cruiser for his 18 year old son, he or his son must prove the source of income..
Second Fact
Sharif Family did provides proves and Money trail like Gulf Steel Sale documents.
The gulf steel sale documents were not verified by Dubai courts. Dubai courts keep a record of all the attestations in a register. Here in UAE, attestations by courts are conducted in an entirely different manner. It is not like Pakistani notary public for Rs 10 each page of the document.
They get your document, record its description in a register and put a date and particulars and then attest the document.
Regarding gulf steel sale documents, Dubai courts said that they don't have record of attestation with them.. Meaning, there is nothing about these documents in their registers..
Now when a document is considered fake, it doesn't require further investigation to be honest.. I would have thrown that document in trash..
Third Fact
On GS NAB Accepts 75% Sale proceeds (21M Dirham) and refuse to accepts remaining 25% Sale (12M Dirham)
Please refer to my response to the second fact you have stated..
Moreover, there is no record of proceeds of 12M dirhams as such.. So NAB says, even if we accept that the mill was sold for 33 million AED, the whole amount can't be considered as there is no secondary evidence available..
Actually they didn't have to go into this detail when a document has already been proven fake.. but anyway, now NS has to prove that 12 million were transferred through proper banking channels..
It's very strange to believe that a mill used to pay its utility bills and salaries through banks, but when it was sold, the whole money was transferred in cash.. Do you believe this ?
