Panama Case - Post Verdict Discussion and Updates

Jahil exist in present times and in a large number. Both educated and uneducated.
That's why I use the term Shauri Jahil; both educated and uneducated...simply saying bayShaur just doesn't seem to do justice.

This is a Pakistan specific problem! You know I have met people who are strong supporters of the Tory party in Britain. However these people will criticise their party and if their party is in gov criticise them while in government!

This is where successful and failed democracy split off into two different directions.

People in Pakistan have no clue what democracy is. This is a factor of poor education and ofcourse jahil masses.

Third world problem, to be exact. Couldn't agree more.

I know educated people who used to support everything PMLN. They have since abandoned any political talk claiming that they now have no interest in politics but do point out now and then, the injustice of disqualification on Aqama, lol, followed by another quick retort that they don't care and are apolitical now .

I guess that's just about the best option that educated PMLN supporters are left with.:omghaha:

That is the tragedy. As I always say when you support tooi party the first tragedy is mind and spirit. The supporters find it difficult to defend their leadership and look for any excuse to move the conversation away.

And we are talking about the well educated lot here. The others, in vast majority too, are simply a lost cause altogether.

The normal consequence should have been acknowledgement of the facts and moving on, instead it is either complete denial of their once beloved leaderships loot and plunder or refusal to accept that they have been made fools for decades.

The go to tactic of most covert PMLN supporters these days is simply saying "everyone is the same so what else is new" or "lets not talk about politics, its of no use as everyone is the same".

Thats why the best way forward is for the courts to convict all those who have been looting and plundering the country one by one or else the easily duped, stubbornly egoistic majority will keep electing the same old rotten egocentric leaders again and again.

In our sham democracy controlled by the corrupt elite and left to their own routine, the politically mediocre populous knows no better to do than what it has been doing in the elections of the past, elect the same old once more.

Thats why all those sham democracy loving political commentators and libtards keep arguing about, "hold timely and free and fair elections and leave it to the people to decide their leadership"..."any democracy is better than dictatorship"...

...Thats the hook, line and sinker for the easily duped observer as it sounds so politically correct and acceptable to the unawares masses and western observers at the same time.

Talking about free and fair elections...

All those who think that the next elections can be FREE AND FAIR under this dead horse Election Commission of Pakistan and equally obnoxious electoral laws are unknowingly doing a great dis-service to the nation.

Wow.. now that's the news..

Shahbaz and Nawaz are both sides of the same coin.

Sad really, If the news is correct, and Naseem Zehra is no Dr.Shahid. Some will say that its nothing new but its not that simple anymore.

It is Nawaz who has met twice within 72 hours with the COAS as Shahbaz is the very embodiment of his elder brother and the only hope for the cunning lots survival...

These brothers are so cunning that they will even drop down on their knees and grab the very feet of COAS just to get another chance to survive in any way possible, to live and fight another day.

I think it is not as simple as Shahbaz meeting COAS. Even the thought of such a meeting feels like a bullet in the heart of the suffering nation.

The saying enough is enough has lost its meaning a long time ago and to no avail.

Apparantly, I stand corrected about Naseem Zehra and since she herself has retracted her tweet so no point searching for daal maen kaala in ISPR TWEET but the sensational claim by her is no small deed.

Naseem Zehra should explain her no less than Dr Shahid style sensational claim...merely retracting her tweet doesn't cut it.

Thanx to ISPR twitter explanation such planted news die their timely deaths or else there would have been all sorts of chaos in the olden days...I guess some old news manipulation habits die hard.

@Arsalan @Zibago @PakSword @Farah Sohail @The Accountant @QatariPrince @django @El_Swordsmen @newb3e @Path-Finder and fellow posters on this thread. Sorry for a little off topic in advance.

This was posted in another thread in response to Aamir Liaqats inclusion in PTI. Let me admit that my initial reaction after hearing it was completely opposite of the following analysis from a POV that why IK must have agreed on the matter.

Imran Khan, it seemed, had literally wasted his 20+ years learning Pakistani politics until the Senate Chairman elections. Some like me must have thought that such master stroke politics is unlike the straight forward political demeanour we usually associated with IK but this recent move is even beyond his master stroke in Senate Chairman election as it was done despite a lot of resistance from within the party.

First of all and in short, I HATE AAMIR LIAQAT so no love lost there, lol.

All those who think that this is an entirely Karachi specific move to include Aamir are welcome to defend and promote the thought without any challenge from myself.

I am contend with the temporary deathly silence of two PUNJAB specific foes of IK among the rest of his political foes who stand stumped by this move and may laugh it away till they grasp its purpose later in the game.

Are you guys there yet?

There is no doubt that this move is election specific and apart from being able to lend a helping hand in Karachi or not but is certainly going to help generate a rear guard media based narrative against the free falling fatwas expected in election politics by Molvi Gali and his band of bad mouth molvis to which Bakvas Sharif shall have no answer but IK must be hoping that he shall be well equipped to surf such high waves with his counter narrative against zealots in the election campaign politics like a pro.

As a side note, remember that apart from Isb and Lhr dharnas, there was a sizeabledharna by TLYR in Khi also.

Besides the above, Aamir Liaqat is a master of character assassination that was the sole prowess of PMLN without an appropriate counter from PTI. Just looking at the mediocre response against Reham and Gulalai with the likes of Hanif Abbasi doing their dallali until Gulalai turned on Nawaz. Guess who's book is releasing soon...

IK has just turned an aggressive voice against himself into a temporary ally to breath down his opponents necks...and All sorts of opponents too. Just like he used the crook Zardari's lot to defeat the other crooks Senate Chairman candidate.

Imran Khan has come of age in Pakistan's Politics. All those who criticized IK for not knowing the basics of Pakistani politics stand stumped. The cry babies need no where else to look but their own leaders GEREBAN first.

I am sure that soon the likes of Salman Ahmed shall realize that it's only a political move and for all intended purposes, temporary still due to the nature of Aamir Liaqat himself.

@Realistic Change I would love to hear from you on the above. Apart from criticising PTI 's policy, whether I like the way it's done or not but I do commend IK's good political moves too.
