Kashmiri Pundits? If they are hindus, why has India failed to protect them?

How can India protect them when Pakistani back extremist Kashmiri Muslim locals are killing them and raping there women? Some Kashmiri Pandits still remain in the Valley anyway.

You are like a little dog which keeps changing the subject, I am from JandK and know the ground realities unlike you. Yes, Kashmiri separatism wouldn't exist without Pakistani backing, this is FACT.
90% of the separatist movements in the wiki page aren't even active anymore and haven't committed a act in 20+ years lol fail

As someone from Jammu, I think I have a better perspective on the situation then most Pakistani "experts". Referendum would never work, to many "foreign elements" are active in the Kashmir valley.

You are wrong. If it was never gonna work, why it was never tried to prove it? Also a referendum must be held simultaneously in Pakistan occupied Kashmir and China occupied Kashmir regions

Maybe,but not in ICK.When the time for referendum was there then Pakistan chickened out and failed to fullfill the criteria for referendum(as expected).Now India doesnt have any moral obligations to hold referendum in Kashmir.

You didnt capture any inch from Indian army,that is just lie taught in your schools.Azad Kashmir was taken when Kashmir was under Raja Hari singh but after he signed accesion papers,Indian army came in and kicked these terrorists who were plundering and looting local masses.In short you didnt capture anything from India.

China came late in the picture after Pakistan illegally gifted a part of Kashmir(Aksai Chin) to China(Pakistanis need to ask why didnt they ask for peoples wishes this time,lol).
But i was talking about the time just after the conflict.According to U.N. resolutions Pakistan must have withdrawn all its forces from Azad Kashmir,after that India would have deployed minimom forces required to maintain peace in all Kashmir(i.e. IOK and Azad Kashmir both) and then a referendum would have taken place under the supervision of these forces.
But as expected Pakistan failed to meet the above criterias and referendum didnt took place.
Now after so many years we dont have any moral obligations to hold referundum especially after the fact that Pakistan has actively supported Terrorists to harm India

Same stance as Israelis. After so many years of illegal occupation, somehow both you Indians and Israelis lost moral obligations to hold independent referendums in your respective illegally occupied territories. I also hold Pakistan and China equally responsible for the conflict.

LOL Hindutva coursework bearing fruit, India Lost Aksai Chin to China after being badly beaten in 1962 that area which was resolved during Pak-China border deal was small area of Shaksgam .valley or trans Karakorum Tract and its case is lot complex than ceding an area. It was claimed by ruler of Hunza but there was no ground evidence to prove ruler of Hunza' s claim(population, administration etc) and area was actually under Chinese control and chinese map showed it as their own of that time so Pakistan backed from claim.

You are taking 'fighting' too literally. What if in a seminar inside India, he was asked about Pakistan's 'support for terrorism inside India'. To that he would have probably said: 'Pakistan is against terroristm in all forms and that Pakistan considered Kashmiri right of self determination as its official polic' (etc ,etc). And his job would be to also 'smooth out' any wrinkles in relations on day to day basis.

I get your point. My emphasis on the issue was with statements that the present emissary is making which is bringing bad blood rather than smoothening things out.
