Jinnah was not some god, jinnah was a representative of the muslims of india who wanted a separate homeland based on their religion, jimnah was their servant, he representated the ideology of those muslims, he was the custodian and trustee of that ideology, fullfilling that duty he carved out a state for the muslims he was representing, jinnah in his core essemce was a devout servant of islam and muslims, he was serving that 1400 yrs old ideology by representing the muslims of india, he was the mouth piece of indian muslims but the voice was theirs, he was their face but the brains were theirs, he was their hands but the will was theirs, in the legal circles we have two ways at reaching a judgement, the most outdated one bieng as described by professor atiyah is where u establish a verdict and backtrack to find proof to justify it, u my friend are doing just that, the only difference is u dont even have proof for justification so people like u make it up as they go...
