Pakistani man wins right to change religion from Islam to Judaism

LOL! It is the traditional ethnic dress of Europeans or North Americans. There is nothing wrong in wearing it.:disagree:

It is not even traditional dress either. As the manner of dress speaking, they evolved from the traditional to the modern designed fashion thanks to the liberal. Otherwise, the nation as whole would have been stuck there had it for not liberal culture. The fact is that you are enjoying the luxury of multiculturalism is due to liberal culture. :D

.
Jinnah is not my prophet.

Secondly non-muslims do not have the right to propagate their religion to Muslims in Pakistan.

Who cares about this retard.
Islam is not some insecure jeaolus wife, islam doesnt need its followers to restrict the propogation of others faiths in a muslim state, on the contrary islam invites such dissent as islam is fully confident that it would win and prevail to logical masses, curbing other religions leads to resentment, resentment leads to hate, hate leads to severe animosity hence we create enemies from within, in this way the said people become blind to the light of islam their judgement clouded by ego which is the most powerful human sentiment, objective of islam is to gain maximum followers, not to make it an elitist club pushing everyone away and pissing everyone off, as umar(ra) used to say during campiagns in syria and egypt that our wars need to be.light wars, fighting the minimum and forgiving the maximum and forcing nothing upon the conquered subjects as to his judgement supressing the syrians and egyptians would make an empire momentarily but people will harbour animosity towards islam hence damaging the conversion rate and he was right, the muslim empire has withered away yet now even 1400 yrs after his way of govt syria, egypt, iraq, iran and coutless others nations are all muslims of their own free wills..

There is nothing wrong in wearing western dress. that is just ethnic tradition of englishman.
However I prefer Shalwar Kameez anyways.

Lol, Jinnah is dead and may be the founding father of Pakistan, but his inputs are not God's words.

What are you trying to say is that if there is a law of not to break a traffic signal in a country, you would still do that because these are not God words?

.
But Jinnah is the founding father of Pakistan. Only his input/policy make the call here, no question asked.
Although i dont agree with the dude u are arguing with but u my friend are a fool, what u are pointing towards is a secular state, pakistan isnt one, the supreme law here is islamic law, jinnah didnt own pakistan nor the 200 million people here, and jinnah wanted pakistan to adhere to islamic law, he was a servant of peophet(pbuh) how dare u insult his memory by suggesting he is above the commands of Allah??

. .
These people only claim to be jews cuz Israel support jews no matter where they live let's say if Israel become Somalia, South Sudan or Iraq would they still be jews or say openly atleast. This is Duniya!
One day we will all return to our Lord Allah where no one can hide or run from truth insha'allah.
Let them have what they want.

Follow the laws or renounce. No personal offense!!!

.
Seriously what are you typing?
He lives in a bubble where pakistan is a secular state, we must send him a copy of the constitution of islamic republic of pakistan..

Follow the laws or renounce. No personal offense!!!
What laws bc, every law here is subserviant to islamic jurispudence acc to the constitution and letting a man claim his identity as a jew is purely islamic to every sane muslim, dont twist things around to satisfy ur own dellusions..

It is simple. Follow the laws or renounce. Not long ago, you gave that version 'follow or leave'. I am just simply speaking your language that suits you. Don't twist around nor should complicate it.

It is simple. Follow the laws or renounce. You cannot use religion card as excuse all the time, and certainly not when you are caught speeding in Pakistan. :D

. .
Unsourced? It is from the same freaking article. Clearly the denial is pretty strong in you and the think tank that thanked your ignorant post.

Still crying? you are still clearly misinformed.

NADRA changed its policy 2 years ago to allow Muslims to change their legal religion. By saying they usually deny shows that you have no idea what you are talking about.

In fact it says right there from the ministry itself:

"the ministry said in writing that “the applicant may be allowed to practice religion of [his] choosing and preference”."

..and you quoting the "sensitive religious atmosphere" shows that you either didnt fully read or lack reading comprehension because later in the article:

"JUI-F Senator and religious scholar Mufti Abdul Sattar, commenting over the issue, said a child was not bound to carry on the religion of his/her father or mother. “If the claimant is adult and never practiced Islam (as claimed by Benkhald that he never practiced Islam his whole life except Judaism) then he is free to adopt any religion of his choice,” Sattar said and added that the state was bound to mention religion of his choice in his identity documents."

And this is from the most conservative-Islamist party in the country.

So don't you dare comment on Pakistani affairs if you only skim read one article and think you know what you are some kind of expert.

.
Didn't Jinnah proclaim that not only do minorities have the right to practice their religion in Pakistan, they have the right to propagate them as well? At least that's Article 20 of Pakistan's constitution.)
Off Topic Question
Have you ever been to Pakistan If yes then which city and when??
Thanks in advance

Jinnah was not some god, jinnah was a representative of the muslims of india who wanted a separate homeland based on their religion, jimnah was their servant, he representated the ideology of those muslims, he was the custodian and trustee of that ideology, fullfilling that duty he carved out a state for the muslims he was representing, jinnah in his core essemce was a devout servant of islam and muslims, he was serving that 1400 yrs old ideology by representing the muslims of india, he was the mouth piece of indian muslims but the voice was theirs, he was their face but the brains were theirs, he was their hands but the will was theirs, in the legal circles we have two ways at reaching a judgement, the most outdated one bieng as described by professor atiyah is where u establish a verdict and backtrack to find proof to justify it, u my friend are doing just that, the only difference is u dont even have proof for justification so people like u make it up as they go...

What the hell is ur point actually bc, are u high or something, what r u trying to say??
Well Pakistan is supposed to be an Islamic country or an Islamic Republic.

.
Well Pakistan is supposed to be an Islamic country or an Islamic Republic.
Its not just supposed to be, it actually is, whenever the pakistani state does something good according to islamic principles this shameless liberal brigade rushes over to claim that this is a secular move, they remind me of lice in winter...
