Abu Zolifqar Kazakhstan will eventually be merged into Russia once Russia becomes strong again.

I don't think so. First candidate is Belarus. Belarus is most close to Russia in terms of ethnicity, culture, language, religion and history they tried but could not merge. The second candidate is Ukraine. Ukraine also shares very close ethnic, cultural, linguistic, religious and historical ties with Russia but they don't want to be part of Russia. Qazaqistan is Turkic and Muslim. They were not ready for independence in 1991 since they were suppressed by Soviet communist regime. In 2010 Qazaqs do not want to be part of Russia. They have rich natural resources and are now confident of their country's future.

That was sarcastic remark ! You must distinguish between sarcasm and stupidity. It thinly refers to Pakistani efforts to match Indian military and nuclear assets.

I am afraid you did not understand the reason of my last post

well no worries :)

countries like Kazakhstan and Kyrgzstan I feel have not gotten over the soviet leanings. ''Mamma Russia'' still has a fair amount of say in countries like these

even look at Estonia and Latvia, along with Kazakhstan --- they all rejected carrying out joint NATO military exercises in Georgia (right after the Russia-Georgia war when NATO failed to come to their aid).

They did so knowing that Moscow was irritated by said countries being extended the invitation.

it's all right here

(sorry to stray from the topic)

That is not correct. Now over half the birth rate in United States is from non-white parents. How can US population growth rate be exclusively from immigrants ? Do the birth rate of American citizens equals their death rate resulting in zero population growth rate ? You are reading and believing the neo-conservative and anti-immigration lobbies in US without checking facts and figures.

Non-white first generation immigrants have the most no of children. The amazing thing in the US is the speed with which immigrants assimilate. From the second generation onwards the no of children is just about the same as the replacement level for all races.

Pakistan also choose to remain close to United States and United Kingdom in its formative years. Pakistan became republic eleven years after its independence. The Central Asian states were brutally ruled by Czarist Russia and then the Soviet Union. The Baltic states (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia) and Christian Caucasian states (Georgia and Armenia) kept their scripts and thus link to their history. While the script of Muslim Central Asian and Caucasian states were forcibly changed to Cyrillic thus cutting them from their history and culture. These states were not ready for independence in 1991 but now they have their own geo-political interests.

Indonesia :coffee:

it's the U.S they have around 310 million right now 3rd place and will remain in the same place in the future.

2050 predictions

2. China - 1,437,000,000 (1.437 billion)
3. United States - 420,000,000 (420 million)

Do you really trust Pakistani statistics ? Sartaj Aziz the former Federal Minister for Finance, Planning and Economic Affairs from August 1990 to July 1993, announced in 1992/1993 that Pakistan's population is actually lower than the estimates. This was done deliberately since lower population numbers results in better social indicators. Many international demographic organizations have not accepted this official decrease of population by Pakistani government. They still calculate according to pre-1991 numbers and their percentage increase over the years. According to Population Reference Bureau in Washington in July 2009 Pakistan population was 180.8 million. It would probably be 185 million in 2010. This does not include over 4 million Afghans refugees and their descendents that have permanently settled in Pakistan since 1979.

The Four Million Afghan Refugees figure was in the Early Ninteen Eighties and now in 30 Years or so later the Afghan’s would now be closer to 10 Million, which makes Pakistan’s population close to 195 Million for 2010.

There is lot of confusion about exact population of Pakistan. The government plays politics rather than getting real demographic population. While the politicians have also learned the importance of high population that gives them more representation in parliament and funds. So some districts population number jumped 50% from the last census.

stop fighting peoples........ here is a website where you can find out all about current and future population.

World Population Prospects: The 2008 Revision Population Database

for your reference i am mentioning top 6 population of the world in year 2050. I am not sure if there will be any other country who will surpass Brazil and Indonesia before 2050 so i assume this is top 6 list

Population in 2050: (thousands)

1) India: 1 613 800
2) China: 1 417 045
3) USA: 403 932
4) Pakistan 335 195
5) Indonesia: 288 110
6) Brazil: 218 512
According to this source (i believe United Nations). Pakistan will be ranked at No 4

Please visit that website for proof and to see the population of other countries

That would place 2 billion people on the sub-continent by 2050.
Doesn't sound like good news to me.

and then on the other hand you have countries like Kazakhstan which are geographically HUGE (larger in land size than even hindustan) but only have 15 million people (45% of which are Russian and not even locals).

imagine

Kazakhstan is not lager than India in terms of Land Size.

Two holidays a week to cause population explosion’

LAHORE: Federal Minister for Social Welfare Dar Firdaus Ashiq Awan has claimed that two holidays a week will result in an increase in population as in such a situation they will have no work.

Taking part in Capital Talk of Geo News programme on Thursday, she said that was a reality that the labour class families have up to 12 children. However, she said the government would introduce a new population policy. MNA Hanif Abbasi termed the fast population growth a bomb that needed special attention of the government.

Columnist and woman activist Bushra Rehman said the labour class continues producing children without caring about its after effects. Another participant of the programme, Maulvi Ismatullah, said population planning was against the Quran and Sunnah teachings and the government should be careful in making laws in this regard.
