Pakistan orders more Mi-35Ms

Sir,
A combo of Mi-35 and Mi-17 can do the job very well.

Mi-35 remain on station after dropping off troops and provides covering fire.
Mi-17 brings in more troops, ammunition and extracts the wounded.

This could have proved to be a good scout heli also apart from the roles you mentioned. Put a few useful sensors on it also.
Yep: police, VIP/VVIP, light utility, scout, light attack, SOF, HADAR, SAR, training ... a lot of roles, really can't imagine the long-term production run in Pakistan alone stopping at anything less than 100.

.
The role of LCB's is envisioned to be similar to that of IA Para, i.e., provide sizable forces for airborne operations, which can't be expected out of the SSG.

Few Light Commando Battalions have been raised, but if some sources are to be believed, the plan is to have 1x LCB under every Corps HQ. That would make it a total of 9 battalions of airborne troops, which is a significant number for a country of the size of Pakistan.

LCB's require investment in airborne assets (medium-to-heavy transport helicopters & fixed wing aircraft). The existing inventory comprising Puma's and Mi-17's, which can carry platoons of 20 & 30 troops respectively, is not adequate.

.
LCBs are very close to what the 75th Rangers are, despite the outlook that they represent a match for Para (Airborne) units of India. LCBs have Anti Terrorist platoons to respond to militant attacks in the cities where each Corps is HQed, are airborne capable, regularly conduct air assaults for IBOs and raids, and perform LRRPs like the Rangers. Paratroopers with good CQB capab, and ability to conduct commando raids when authorized.

.
It is expected to be 1x LCB for each corps.

That would require additional 50-90 MI 17 eq choppers(depending upon how many existing squadrons are repurposed) in order to support their operations in war time. However, lesser number in peace time would be required.

How many MI 17s and puma do we have?

I am aware of 7x Light Commando Battalions, probably there exist two more. Currently, the LCB's are COIN-centric, all operate Maxxpro's and have QRT's ready for dealing with any terrorist threat.

But, the role of this force is envisioned to be similar to that of IA Para. 1x battalion is held under each Corps HQ, with the current aircraft inventory company level drops are possible if Puma's & Mi-17's of PAA squadrons posted in Corps AOR are put to use. And this may increase to battalion level in some sectors if PAF C-130's provide assistance.

Keeping the IF's in mind, significant investment in fixed wing aircraft as well as medium-to-heavy transport helicopters is required.

Guess You don't understand camo.
Its tan mix coloured from top to depict soil colour at low flights when seen from above (by enemy aircraft)
Its blue at the bottom to depict sky colour when seen from below (by enemy on ground)

Baji, z10 are not superior to T129 and AH- 1Z Viper and as far as I know there is no engine issue with T129 order.

USA did not officially blocked the engine.
Whats your source? I have quoted somewhere on here that I heard straight from a Z10 test pilot abt the performance- tbh I highly doubt Z10 is not superior to T129-idk abt Zulus though.

haha. pathetic that I have to prove that im not lying here. Nevertheless, I can DM u a screenshot but i dont wanna post it here on a public forum. so gimme some direct contact info - Secondly, I was kinda surprised to learn this abt Z10 vs T129 also. But Chinese just unveiled a newer version of Z10 in 2018, known as Z10ME where they have incorporated some modifications recommended by Pakistani pilots.

This raises an important question about officers commissioned into LCB's.
Rotated in LCB only till Lt.Col ? and if so then rotated from Punjab Regt to FF Regt, usually doesn't happen like that?

It seems that officers are transferred into LCBs of their own regiment, after completing the course.

For instance, Captain Roohullah was commissioned into the 50th Baloch Regt, yet he was in 2 LCB (Baloch) when martyred.
