re-repeating myself here, your claims are unrealistic and improbable . there is no tech that can sufficiently resupply to the water needs of 200 million people. nor will Pakistan have enough funds to do that.

As compared to population, Indian govt failed to built new dams. So, they need more water as population is increasing. To meet the water demand they have no choice to cut Pakistani water. Farmers desperately need water and rivers are the only major and constant source to feed the fields. Indian should come to the table with best honesty and describe the Indian waters issues. Otherwise , its typical,that non country in the world let any other country take away there water source.
Indian govt will try its best to scrap Indus water treaty, but scraping the treaty means heading for war footing.
