If VT-4 is that great why isn't the Chinese military not buying it? The very fact that there are ZERO VT-4s in service with the Chinese army tells you that this tank is a cheap copy of some Russian tank, and that the performance of this tank is unsatisfactory. Unfortunately a couple of Chinese members have a bad habit of posting unsubstantiated news and opinions.

The reason is quite simple: we have ZTZ-99A already.

If Pakistan really want to buy VT-4 wiht a reasonable units，like 50，unit price amybe reduced to 4 mllions which make the total price 200 millions, i do not think 200 millions will crash Pakistan,and this move may persuade China military leader to grant production like and techs transfer to Paksitan army.
10 units or 30 units for tanks are really small.
For god's sake,even a expensive car cost us 1 millions usd already!
