I dont see them 'backing off' because they 'lost' and argument here. They did say what they had come to say... which is the part that you dont get... those people just got fed up of that journalist's rhetoric points and showed him a midddle finger by Ignoring him. Stil if you think the group lost because they went away..well then fine, whatever makes you happy.

Can you and your friend @Samrat420 tell me what UN resolution Pakistan has broke in Kashmir? It looks to me as he is avoiding the question as he has nothing to back him self up with.

OK.. now that you're so adamant, let me ask you something... Have you read the UN resolutions? Anyone of them? How much do you know about the obligations that the UN put on India and Pakistan respectively..? What were the steps mandated by the said resolutions before a plebiscite could take place?

BTW, I never ever said that Pakistan broke any UN resolutions. Pakistan simply ignored them. And Pakistan was perfectly within its rights to do so, because the resolutions were passed under chapter VI, which rendered them non-mandatory and non-enforceable. They were more like an advice than an order. Pakistan simply decided to ignore that advice. But here's the catch -- Pakistan wants India to abide by the same resolutions unilaterally that she herself threw in the dustbin. And that's where the whole conundrum lies.

I believe the UN resolution is for entire Jammu & Kashmir in its initial state i.e Azad Kashmir, J&K, Aksai Chin, Gilgit and the portion of Kashmir you guys gifted to China. Please get everyone on board for the plebiscite. Then we can talk.

I vote for (guided-)autonomy for the Kashmiris.. Key point to fostering good relations with apparently-strategically located Kashmir is what you give the Kashmiris, not "how you rule them"..

What Gilgit? Are you mad? Gilgit is not Kashmir and nor a disputed territory. It is, was and will remain a part of Pakistani territory.
Tell me where there has not been a JK referendum? In Gilgit there was a referendum and the people of Gilgit voted to STAY with Pakistan. You know that for a fact!

Under Chapter VI which "advice" did Pakistan not enforce? My dear friend Pakistan has always said that that the only way to resolve the Kashmir issue is to follow the UN resolutions and that is what Pakistan has done. She has never broke a mandatory or "advice" resolution in Kashmir. Please give examples. (The speech is attached below; YouTube video).
