Thanks to ramjet, Meteor is the only operational air to air missile in the entire known universe that is capable of terminal stage manuevers.

It's a badly constructed sentence to convey that upgraded JF-17s will have lower RCS hence making it stealthier. Nothing fancy.

It is true however that there are ways to reduce RCS such as paint job of the airframe and weapons being do-able tasks without major redesign.

USAF ANG units recently got 'Have Glass V' paint scheme which uses microscopic metal grains that degrade the radar signature of the aircraft. Much more goes into it though. But this has to be the next step towards JF-17s RCS reduction efforts.

What he said that is we need more than 36 Rafale or equivalent jets and the long range engagement capabilty of Rafale must also be possesed by other jets, which is why IAF has begun induction of Astras for Su-30, MiG-29 and Tejas.

I do not think PL-15 is much inferior to Meteor but maybe a little less.
As long as PL-15 has the range then it can be ripple-fired to take on IAF Rafales.

Your airforce and leaders are overselling the Rafael and Meteor to cover up corruption in the deal. The current air force chief was the project manager for the Rafael. He was the one who structured the deal to make sure that Reliance and subsequently BJP leaders get their cut along with the senior Air Force officers including himself and the former chief BS Dhunia. They are laughing all the way to the Bank while people like you have swallowed the hook, line and sinker.
