My comment, incidentally, was directed at those who took exception to the Arjun largely because of its weight.

Its not just the weight, its an under powered platform with a number of teething issues in its systems. Though it has allowed the Indians to gather important data and know how which could be reinvested in a new project. Their folly lies in trying to save a ship that has already sunk.

Yes ....I pointed the weight issue because they started the discussion with that ...I suggest Indian Army should use or convert it into a howitzer ...they only have to change the turret and few modifications ...something like this ...
