But Pakistan Day is about one month away, so why movement of armour so early? i mean armour can be moved before 2 weeks max, even if we say, need to move early for the purpose of rehearsals etc. of the parade.

PA isn't going to move everything in one go. There is no need or urgency , it is just a gradual build up. A systematic and planned strategic build up of defenses to counter India's moves.

Though I think PA anticipates hot conditions and maybe some skirmishes hence these troop movements to me mean pre-cautions.

If Infia starts war who knows how far things can go. Like Zaid Hamid has been saying they will start it we will end it. But no one really knows.

I might be wrong , but if I'm an Indian dgmo and I've been asked to take ' revenge ' from Pakistan, in the current situation I would chose to attack on 23rd March , why ? Components from different regiments would be in Islamabad slightly disorganized ( ie HQ 16 from sindh { desert camo} ) would take time to relocate, all the top brass would be out in the open , taking them time to reach respective command locations for efficient command, Also they would be good targets and the enemy might engage a significant chunk of their air power to bomb the place , even though they might have considerable losses ,
