How does one determine if an aircraft is about to fire a missile? Positioning of the aircraft vis-a-vis the intended target?

Why does the list contain only ONE name ? There should have been TWO names of both the officers who flew on that aircraft.

Is the missing name of the officer who died in the hospital and mistaken for Indian pilot ?

Well we don't have names of other pilots either. It might be possible that pilot didn't want his name to be shared. Or just because it is a F16b, it means it was flying with two pilots

F16B does not req. second crew to operate, it can carry out all ops that a A variant can do with a single pilot (specially air-to-air ops).

Although as mentioned number of times by @Windjammer; in Hassan's case there was a GIBS but he was senior ranking officer who was there for overall coordination of effort. Hence probably why he is not being named.
