You guys always declined gripen,eurofighter,rafale,mirage,Su30 mki etc etc, am sure you also declined martian aircrafts too 1000 years back. Inferior Complexity at best.

That is Su T10-1 prototype of Su 27, those air brakes were causing problem for the land gear, so they had to be shifted and what better than the 'dead air' of the centre wing.
