Well I hope it's the last one or even if one of those first two it should have VLS for Cruise Missiles. Even Pakistan should try to have VLS for Cruise Missiles in Corvettes we are getting from Turkey. Russia already has shown that Corvettes can also have Cruise Missile VLS.

.
There are basically 3 new missiles:

1. Babur-3 SLCM - fired from underwater-to-land
2. Zarb AShM - fired from land-to-sea
3. Harba SSM - unknown, but potentially land/sea to land/sea.

The launchers on new Azmat Block appear Chinese imports to me, suggesting Zarb (C-602?).

It is possible that
1. Harba is the designation of Babur's anti-ship variant
2. It is a lighter missile than C-602, something which will become standard on PN surface ships in future.

Honestly, I don't think it would be very difficult to come up with an AShM analogous to the C-802 or Exocet. They would basically need to build a smaller missile frame than the Babur, but re-utilize the Babur's engine. I suppose the main challenge in the end would be the seeker, especially a good active radar-homing one (resistant to jamming). Alternatively, they can work with South Africa to develop an INS-assisted IIR seeker.

Babur-2 is Land to sea missile. But so far Navy has no Platform to fire it with.

.
What Navy lacking is his own Airwing .We need atleast 2 to 3 Sqd of Su family or J15 or 16 under navel command or let's say atleast two carrier strength would be great for navy .

Subs can fire plus MPA 's plus mirages .

Yes Raad-2 is also air to sea capable.
But here we are talking about a surface to surface missile,

. . . .
Surface to surface is normally used for Land to land or ship to land

In naval terminology, Surface to Surface missile usually refers to

1. Missile fired from Land based launcher towards enemy ship. That's called (CDMS) Coastal Defence Missile System
2. Missile fired from surface ship based launcher towards enemy ship. That's called AShM Anti-Ship Missile

Now that the cat is out of the bag, I can only disclose following details
Harba = Long-range Anti-ship ballistic missile system with "SMART" features

You do realize that making an anti ship ballistic missile is far more difficult than making a traditional anti ship cruise missile?

Harrb missile is this missile

Ignore the picture which is filephoto.
This test in march 2017 was the only time when Pakistan navy tested a missile and did not give any names or details.
If someone can find a NOTM correlating to this test, we can guessthe range and some details.
@The Deterrent any NOTAM? Pliss.

IIRC, C-802A uses active seeker. It is very likely that the seeker used on Zarb will also be used on Harba SSM. The source will be China.

BTW, Saab RBS15 Mk3 is an interesting solution. Harba could be something similar.

Recall that MoDP mentioned development of a ship based system with LACM & AShM.

I am not convinced it is related to submarines or FAC.

The NOTAM for this teat was in March 2017 and had and altitude restriction of 1500 meters.
So this is not an anti ship ballistic missile as some are speculating. This is a cruise missile
