Ineptitude of Indian leadership to realize that to push your claims, your need to militarily back up your token military strength being projected. We not only claimed demarcation till McMahon Line, but we occupied territories North of it, without building up our logistics and forces, thinking Chinese will not react in interest of greater good. To top it all, the Political Leadership ignored reports of Chinese build up (they took time to build up strength) before they hit our troops, who were, in the first instance, North of the Line itself! Obviously we would be whupped as we got, for such stupidity.

@Nilgiri

The problem in 1962 was two folds:

1. I have no qualms about criticising the idiots.

2. Chinese got away with limited strike because USSR was busy in Cuban Missile Crisis. Otherwise, it would have been very interesting indeed.

Incomparable, Mao beats all ... estimated 70 million sent into the 'great oblivion'

Cheers

Oh yah we have had this conversation too many times already lol. Lot of the PRC members last time I "got into it" are now permabanned (I think I was relatively new to the forum)...so now its mostly a newer feelz crew....and I'm not really gonna indulge deeply into analysis etc....really no point heh (and its off topic etc).

. .
The real situation is: In 1967, the People's Liberation Army killed and injured 607 Indian troops altogether.

I do not know your ability to comprehend war and it's prosecution. So let me help you a bit. War is fought with a political objective.

In 1967, political objective running since 1965 was vacation of Nathu-La by Indian troops as demanded by China. Today, on 29 Dec 2018, the same remains unfulfilled.

Further, a very nice analogy. USSR lost more troops in World War 2 than Germans lost in all theaters. Who won?

Like Hukou! What is the status?

I always take the truth as it stands. So when Chinese 'learned' members talk about Dokalam Plateau and Chumar incident, former which I know since 1993 and latter personally witnessed, I try to put them in correct picture. :)

@Nilgiri

Amusing. More fun than Bangla

True. It is tiring to teach the same thing to kids born just two days back! I have started losing patience and posting in a way which has finally disgusted me yesterday. Useless troll post.

Long is a good guy (and Yao Ming fan)...we just like to troll each other a bit. No long term bitter nasties have cropped up like in BD subforum heh (for me).

Long does not have a huge chip on shoulder over anything much (at least from what I have seen).

Besides now the best antidote to Chinese PRC-stronk trolls has appeared...mr @Viva_Viet hehehe.

Call your buddy again
:D

Yep he is here, have fun! LOL
