The operation is about four Bangladeshi pilots and airmen in a mission to strike the Eastern Refinery in Chittagong, the chief fuel depot for all the Pakistani aircraft in East Pakistan. They were flying an Otter in a foggy moonlit night during a blackout imposed by Pakistan, at an extremely low altitude and with a speed of only 120 miles/hr and with no connection with ATC.

None of then was Bangladeshi to begin with,all were deserters of PAF.
