Nuremberg style Trials for IA officer and Indian leaders.

You must have trust in your own judiciary. But at-least an inquest should be ordered into such killings. And because you apparently don't have trust in your own judiciary, an international and independent Nuremberg type of trial is in order.

We have enough trust in our Judiciary, the reason our Govt. does not want those trials is because it is a waste of money, the money with which we can buy some more arms..

When GoI and IA itself are accused then how can one trust the goi investigation for it we need un mandated commission to look into every single complain of death/rape/molestation/ missing person case.

I think it comes with being a Pakistani, seeing proxy institutions everywhere.. however our Judiciary is independent and we do not have to prove it to any damn one, we as Indians believe it! Simple

Sir, some one needs to conduct independent inquest in to such murders to find out. None has been conducted as yet. Over a 100,000 Kashmiris have died. In NE India identical situation. Yet no inquest. This is indeed surprising.

Fair enough...if that proof comes to light that innocents were killed and tortured, there is all reason for prosecution...

However, wouldnt you start by nipping the very cause of such deaths and why Indian forces need to take drastic action in Kashmir? Wouldnt you start by not providing support to terrorists in terms of arms and funding? wouldnt you put a stop to the training camps and public rallies organized by internationally recognized entities and people?

This isnt the chicken and egg story....the armed resistance came first...the 500K troops later...
If this was a Gandhian type non violent movement, do you think the world would sit silent on such matters...especially for 60 years?
Its all action and reaction...and even the world knows this...

That there were extrajudicial killings of terrorists? If so, Im quite confident there were...and I personally have no sympathy for those working against the unity of my nation....

If we are talking about whether these people were innocent, in the eyes of every parent and family member...a terrorist will always be innocent...no matter how nefarious their activities maybe...
The families of these people crying out innocence does not change the true nature of those people who were killed..

I have already clarified my position on the use of force, abuse and molestation against women or children...this should be treated with the utmost severity...PERIOD!

Obviously the Kashmirs don't like India, so why are you guys forcing yourselves upon them?

Do you force yourselves upon women as well?

Your country and constitution forces rules upon you....Do you feel raped?

Extra judicial killing of innocent men women children.Rape molestation perpetrated by IA for last 2 decades.Investigation of missing people.investigating the mass un marked graves.every complain of human right violation from citizen of IOK.

Its not for you or IA or GOI to decide if they are terrorists of freedom fighters.its for the neutral investigation commission to decided and IA stand accused so they cant be trusted with investigation.Period.

Yes its of paramount importance that both IA and Indian govt official should be tried in front of UNHRC and Pakistan Supreme court and they should be sentenced to death by firing squad. My opinion the shooters should be selected from the good Taliban. Not for just the genocide they had done in Kashmir but also in Nepal and South Sudan.

Indian navy should also be tried for intentionally supporting the fisherman of Kerala involved in the mass Genocide of Tuna fish.

And this is not where it should end, Kashmir should be declared break away province and should be under the flag ship of Ummah, Delhi and sunderban should be transferred to the Chinese and Khajuraho to the Navis.

We here in Navi mumbai are also contemplating UNHRC trials against the Municiple corporation against the metro rail project as they were involved in mass genocide of an ant colony.

We are also contemplating revolt against India and formation of new kingdom. We are in search for a new king who is qualified enough to brainwash us everyday. Any suitable candidates here especially from our western neighborhood interested in this post please drop their CV into my inbox.
