The brutalities committed by Indian security forces against her own people must be tried in international courts and those found guilty must be punished.

Its not only kashmir but i 'm in for investigation of all complains through out india against indian security forces which includes police?IA and every one of those forces against these complains are registered by indians with neutral body of UN investigation commission.

It is indeed amazing and even horrifying that such indifference is shown by the Indians themselves on the killings and murder of other Indians. Why wouldn't those who want to secede from India initiate armed struggle against the same very state which kills them and rape their women.

This can only end if Nuremberg type of trials are held against the perpetrators of such heinous crimes against humanity.

Nehru certainly could not have foretold the future. He decided it without even consulting his own and then lied to his own as well. He is equally responsible for the state of affairs now where tens of thousands have been killed and women raped as a strategy. Similar atrocities have taken place in other parts of India.

The state initiated action to restore law and order after they started a armed rebellion. And frankly starting a jihad like macho men, killing and raping lakhs of Hindu, Sikh and Buddhists in search of Nizam-e-mustafa and then crying like sissies when the state responds is totally foolish. If they start an armed rebellion they must have the heart and stomach to accept the losses as a necessary part of the struggle. A crash course in insurgency from the Taliboobies would help.

The big assumption here is that those killed at the hands of the security forces were innocent...

Is there any proof to say that the ones killed were NOT terrorists or involved in nefarious activities against the country? Is there any proof to say that the people killed were not involved in a firefight or action against security forces?
Treason is dealt with the death penalty....the terrorists got what they deserved...whether they got it extrajudically or not is of no concern to us...as long as they work to harm the citizens of India or the state...we expect them to serve the same fate...

In the past we have seen terrorists being caught and jailed ie. going through proper legal channels (Ahmed Omar Sheikh)....only to be freed as part of a hijacking swap....these same terrorists went on to kill innocent innocent journalists like Daniel Pearl....
I for one couldnt care less if we killed these terrorists extrajudicially...only way to get rid of this scum

Sir, some one needs to conduct independent inquest in to such murders to find out. None has been conducted as yet. Over a 100,000 Kashmiris have died. In NE India identical situation. Yet no inquest. This is indeed surprising.

You must have trust in your own judiciary. But at-least an inquest should be ordered into such killings. And because you apparently don't have trust in your own judiciary, an international and independent Nuremberg type of trial is in order.

When GoI and IA itself are accused then how can one trust the goi investigation for it we need un mandated commission to look into every single complain of death/rape/molestation/ missing person case.
