During jap's invasions into China after 1894, japs got a lot of koreans into northeastern China. Those koreans settled down in China and nowadays those nk and sk claim northeastern China is part of korea.

We have already got a lot of korean minority in northeastern China already. China has no interest in getting more.

Russia can certainly take millions of korean refugees. It has huge land reserves, though torrid.
