Based on what advantage,do you draw this conclusion? What advantages do the North Koreans have in comparison to the South Koreans? They have inferiority in tanks,IFVs,APCs and personal equipment. They have extreme inferiority when it comes to the Navy and their Air Force stands no chance against the South Korean Air Force.
The same advantages that make me believe that Russia can win over Europe quite at ease, although they are poorer, have smaller population and their defense equipment are less state-of the-art, or 100 North Korean divisions are enough to conquer whole Europe.
When Putin says to his army "we will conquer Germany", he means it, and the whole army would follow it and gear towards it, regardless of how crazy Putin's mind is. But when NATO chief, or Europe's chief (I do not know who the NATO boss in Europe is, another sign of weakness of Europe's army) says "we will conquer Russia", who would take his words seriously. They would think "just another propaganda" or "he just want to win the seat in next election" and stay idle. A plan for conquering Russia within 6 months may last for 6 years, just for preparation.
How an united European army can operate in such conditions, I can never understand. NATO can bully Iraq or Afghanistan, but North Korea or Russia can teach them a lesson with ease.
Everyone can easily see how poor the discipline in Ukraine army is. It seems that every soldier just fight without a commander, as the top commander is busying himself to be model in Vogue magazine, or Twisting. Who would want to fight and sacrify for his country in such conditions?.
Same reason why Qin state, albeit smaller and poorer, can easily conquer the other six states during Warring State period in China more than 2000 years ago, leading to a united China under Qin Shi Huang
