No honest people in Pakistan

please help me to understand how this thread fits in Pakistan's war section? kindly move it to social issues or National poltitical issues

We are basically corrupt people, corruption is in our blood. We never miss a chance for corruption. Like if we are in a queue, we will always be thinking how to avoid that queue, avoiding traffic signals etc. are level of corruption as well.

I disagree. Leaders are the ones who decide how the people behave. Just look at us people and how we behave in Singapore, Japan, or US.
Another issue is population density. You hardly find anyone breaking traffic rules in smaller US cities. But go to NY we will feel at home ;-)
